    Training & Development Consultant

    Focusses on updating and maintain training material(classroom & online),product webinars, as well as the responsibility to meet revenue targets and assist with marketing campaigns & sales opportunities. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Attend Weekly Revenue and Forecast Meetings
    • Generating Training and Support Revenue Opportunities 
    • Working closely with the Training, Development, Sales and Support Managers
    • Implement and Maintain Learning Management Software (LMS)
    • Creating content, that entails existing and new features on the LMS platform
    • Scheduled consultations with Development, Support, Team leader and Employees if required
    • Scheduled consultations for Management Services Clients if required
    • Upskilling Sales, Support and Development Teams 
    • Internal and External Training of Business Partners (BPs) and Clients  

    Level of discretion (Full and Limited Discretion) 

    Full Discretion of Training Development Project
    Full Discretion of Marketing of LMS and Training Project
    Limited to Advisory Sales and Development Projects
    Limited to Advisory to Infrastructure Projects

    Matrix LMS – E-Learning Platform

    Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Bi-lingual (English & Afrikaans)

    Channel Development Manager

    The Channel Development Manager will work closely with, and support the Business Unit Director in growing the Business Partner network throughout Africa. Core focus will be to increasing revenue share from the existing BP network, identify and recruit new Business Partners. Introduce and promote additional products to the BP network, build a BP pipeline and introduce systems to manage the reporting structure to the corporate head office. 
    The Channel Manager will establish strategies and methods to efficiently pitch and sell products to both BP & customer, as well as build and maintain long-term relationship. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quota targets
    • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. 
    • Developing and maintaining partner and prospective partner relationships through the use of CRM software
    • Monthly reporting on sales KPI’s within channel partners.
    • Setting up new BPs and overseeing the on-boarding process.
    • Negotiating contracts and growth plans with current and prospective business partners
    • Implementing channel marketing plans set out by the channel marketing team.
    • Giving feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions 
    • Ability to use leadership and sales acumen to train and develop sales staff
    • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. 
    • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations. 
    • Proactively assesses, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.  

    Key Requirements:

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
    • Strong commercial awareness in all areas
    • Creative, practical and able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
    • High level of computer literacy, good Excel skills required
    • Experience of working in sales within a software solution sales environment
    • Good technical understanding from an application and technology perspective
    • Demonstrate success in a similar role
    • Knowledge of Retail or ERP solutions would be ideal
