Training & Development Consultant at Kerridge Commercial Systems South Africa

Focusses on updating and maintain training material(classroom & online),product webinars, as well as the responsibility to meet revenue targets and assist with marketing campaigns & sales opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend Weekly Revenue and Forecast Meetings
• Generating Training and Support Revenue Opportunities 
• Working closely with the Training, Development, Sales and Support Managers
• Implement and Maintain Learning Management Software (LMS)
• Creating content, that entails existing and new features on the LMS platform
• Scheduled consultations with Development, Support, Team leader and Employees if required
• Scheduled consultations for Management Services Clients if required
• Upskilling Sales, Support and Development Teams 
• Internal and External Training of Business Partners (BPs) and Clients  

Level of discretion (Full and Limited Discretion) 

Full Discretion of Training Development Project
Full Discretion of Marketing of LMS and Training Project
Limited to Advisory Sales and Development Projects
Limited to Advisory to Infrastructure Projects

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Accounting & Payroll
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of Fast Reports
Bi-lingual (English & Afrikaans)
Self-motivated individual who works well as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be able to present training courses via webinars as well as classroom or onsite for customers & BPs
