Training and Development Facilitator at Motorvaps

Description

We are looking for a Training & Development Facilitator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for training new hires within a call center environment to prepare them fully before entering the live environment, whilst providing refresher courses to existing staff to attend to any knowledge gaps identified.

Qualifications:

• RE5 Qualification or NQF 5 (Advantageous)
• Previous training/facilitator experience (Advantageous)
• Bilingual (Advantageous)
• Matric or Equivalent NQF 4

Responsibilities:

• To train and prepare new staff for entering the live environment, including product, procedure, and system training.
• Aid existing staff in the form of refresher courses, using video and online quizzes to identify training gaps.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and attendance.
• Ensure staff and  intermediaries are trained in and adhere to all relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.
