    Group Finance Assistant Manager

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Prepare, develop and implement divisional plans, policy, procedures and objectives
    • Coordinate budget processes and reporting, support month end and year end closings, management of statutory reporting and support to all group companies.

    Minimum Qualification required:

    • Chartered Accountant (SA) (Essential) 
    • Degree: BCom Finance (Essential) 

    Minimum experience required:

    Civil Engineer (Bridges)

    Responsibilities:

    • Client liaison and project management responsibilities.
    • Ability to undertake bridge/structural tasks as part of project development.
    • Ability to successfully interface with staff from a range of other disciplines (traffic, civil, planning, geotechnical, etc.) to support a diverse range of projects.)
    • Ability to grow and develop the Structures engineering team, including interfacing divisional or project directors, meeting with clients to develop and expand work.

    Qualifications and Relevant Experience:

    • BEng or BSc Civil Engineering
    • Registered Candidate Engineer with ECSA
    • Professional Engineer with ECSA – highly advantageous
    • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
    • Experience working on large, infrastructure projects (Culverts and Bridge)
    • A registered culvert inspector

    BIM Modeller - Cape Town Central

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the modelling team to ensure that project deliverables are met in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
    • Able to model using the following collaborative software tools:
    • Bentley Suite - Microstation, AECOSIM, ProjectWise or AutoDesk Suite – Civil 3D, Navisworks, BIM 360, Revit as well as reinforcement packages such as CADS RC

    Develop and interpret Bridge and Civil Structural modelling and designs including:

    • Bridge and Culverts, clash detection and modelling for highways structures.
    • Reinforcement detailing of structural elements in CADS RC
    • Civil structures modeling in Revit or AECOSIM
    • Interact and coordinate with other disciplines using NAVIS works or ITWIN.

    Mechanical Reliability Engineer - Cape Town Central

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Execution of strategic engineering projects and change management.
    • Support Engineering team to plan and execute successful maintenance shutdowns
    • Lead efforts to ensure continuous business improvement and technical support.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, health and environment standards (appointment at GMR2(7))
    • Ensure compliance with governance, procedures and that all legal registers are up to date
    • Ensure the safety of all the equipment (safety guards - OHSAct) and surrounding buildings (SANS10400)
    • People management of external contractors and professional services.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
    • GCC will be advantageous

    KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE

    • A minimum of 5 years’ production and maintenance experience in a FMCG plant
    • Knowledge of the OHS Act & Regulations
    • Extensive knowledge of project management and stakeholder relations in a multi-disciplinary environment
    • Knowledge and experience in hazard control and risk assessments
