Duties include:

Run regular vulnerability scans on the entire network assists (Windows, Linux, Solaris, Printers) Internal Server Ranges, Internal Desktop Ranges, External Facing, Internet Facing, External Domain, Run independent scans if requested to ensure vulnerabilities have been resolved, Export results and manipulate data to remove irrelevant information, Analyze data and provide technical reasoning on resolution procedures, Use custom in-house developed tool to log calls according to greatest risk and availability of operational staff. Define and assist Operational team with proper process for bulk Vulnerability and Compliance related resolutions. Perform regular System Updates. Ensuring Compliance Files relevant to each scan is appropriately configured and has the correct values as per group standard security policy dictates, Update documentation relevant to each process and scan. Inform owner of changes in the environment. Troubleshoot .Liaise with vendor in case of system failure. Provide daily support to Operational teams if they have any issues related to the resolution of Vulnerabilities or Compliance issues. Provide insight of solutions. Do regular research on all vulnerabilities and complaint issues and identify false positives. Provide ad-hoc reports. Provide custom reports for special requests. Provide weekly updates of progress

Salary dependent on years’ experience and career level. Contract and Permanent roles available”

Job description

Duties include:

• Review of all Inter-site and Intra-site replication
• Review of Flexible Single Operation Master Role (FSMO) roles and Global Catalogue configuration. Review the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) has been configured correctly. Review and assess that Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) has been configured correctly
• Verify that the Auditing Configuration has been configured correctly in line with business requirements. Verify that the existing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Certificate service has been configured correctly. Verify that all domain controllers have a supported file level anti-virus software installed. Verify that all domain controllers have been correctly configured to receive the latest software updates and patches
• Verify that all domain controllers have the SCOM agent installed and is being correctly monitored by System Center Configuration Manager
• Remove unnecessary GPOs & Assist with the DNS clean-up of stale records. Review and make recommendations on the existing Organizational Unit structure. Provide oversight and guidance of Active Directory GPO aligned to business requirements. Active Directory design review according to vendor best practice for the existing environment. Ensure existing designs are future proof for Private and Public cloud integration
