As a Procurement Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of procurement activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic sourcing, supplier management, quality control, demand planning, and inventory management. You will lead the Supply Planning team to collaborate with subcontractors to develop production plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets. Furthermore, you will promote supplier diversity by engaging with minority-owned and women-owned businesses.

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, capacity, and reliability
Negotiate contracts and establish long-term partnerships with key suppliers
Drive cost reduction initiatives across the supply chain
Implement best practices in procurement, inventory management, and logistics
Monitor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly
Conduct regular performance reviews and address any issues promptly
Identify and assess supply chain risks (e.g., geopolitical, natural disasters)
Monitor global events that may impact sourcing operations
Develop and manage procurement budgets
What you bring:
The ideal Procurement Executive candidate brings a wealth of experience in sourcing, supply chain management or materials management. You have strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels. You demonstrate proficiency in procurement software and data analytics tools. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is required for this role; however, a Master's degree would be preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Proven track record working with appliances on either the supplier or manufacturing side
Proven experience in sourcing, supply chain, or materials management
Strong negotiation skills and a track record of achieving cost savings
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in procurement software and data analytics tools
As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to independently market and acquire new large corporate client relationships. You will onboard new corporate customers for various services including loans, deposits, foreign exchange business, and trade finance in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures

Work together with other colleagues as a team to reach the quarterly/annual targets set by the bank
Be accountable for obtaining quarterly and annual targets
Maintain sound relationships with clients, dealing with requests from clients
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior Client Relationship Manager position brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the financial industry. You have proven your ability to maintain relationships with industry-leading SA companies and have managed an approved credit limit to a single corporate client of over R200million.
Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university (Honours Degree or Master Degree preferable), and has FSCA qualification of RE5
Preferably 10 years credit working experience in a corporate and investment banking environment
Familiarity with providing corporate banking including general banking facility, revolver, term loan, project finance, syndication loan business to large corporates in South Africa
Significant knowledge of the financial industry
Proven track record including currently maintaining the relationship of the industry leading SA companies and the approved credit limit to a single corporate client is over R200million
