Job Title: Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced business analyst whose primary objective is to develop, negotiate and document technical solutions to business problems and requirements in order to communicate them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements directly from customers
• Analyses and documents business processes and requirements using UML standards.
• Compile Requirement, Solution and Functional Specifications from customer business requirements.
• Guide customer decisions and solutions based on Payment Card Industry (PCI) best practice.
• Compile user guides and product related documentation

   

Knowledge & Experience

• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• A working knowledge of the payment card industry, standards and practices.
• Modelling techniques and methods using Microsoft Visio
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and Jama.
• Exposure to Agile

   

Other Skills

• Effective time management.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and achieve results.
• Ability to collaborate on a global level in terms of product requirements.
• Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and to work under pressure.
• Strong understanding of and adherence to the SDLC and PM process followed by the team
• Strong problem solving ability.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training and technical workshops.

Qualifications And Experience

• BCom/BSc Degree or related IT Diploma
• Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis
• 5-8 years business analysis experience

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The most important criteria for the role of SQA Engineer are:

• Define test conditions and scenarios for existing and new products
• Develop and document accurate and complete test plans.
• Accurately and efficiently execute test plans.
• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.

   

The SQA Engineer will gain a technical and functional understanding of our product architecture and become part of our ongoing feature and enhancement development effort.

As we move toward automated testing systems and Agile delivery models, the SQA Engineer will play an integral role in defining, developing and implementing the required input to both the process and tools.

Knowledge & Experience

• A working knowledge of the payment card industry, standards and practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience in creating and executing test plans, scenarios and cases.
• Experience on QA projects from start to finish using a test management process.
• Expertise in functional, regression and validation testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other documentation tools.
• Be able to train other resources.

   

Other Skills

• EMV knowledge and exposure
• Understanding of multiple tools for automation, bug management and test management including but not limited to Jenkins, Jira, Coverty, etc.
• Skills and working experience in automation testing.
• Basic programming and/or scripting experience.

   

Qualifications

• Matric or higher educational qualification.
• A minimum of three years working experience in a similar role.
• Certificate for completion of Software Quality Assurance course.
