    • My client, a multinational is recruiting for an HR Manager to join their team in Umhlanga.
    • This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a standalone environment while partnering closely with senior leadership to shape and drive the people agenda.
    • Reporting directly to the Managing Director, with a functional reporting line into the global HR leadership team, this role offers significant exposure to both local and international stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the trusted HR business partner to leaders, managers and employees across the South African business.
    • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee administration, payroll coordination, leave management and HR records.

    • This isn't your typical finance role.
    • We're looking for someone who understands the financial realities of a business that owns its product, manages the production process, and sells that product into the market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • This role is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts that support inventory optimisation, product availability and service excellence across a fast-paced distribution environment.     Education and Experience
