    Planning / Finance Controlling - Learner

    Core Responsibilities

    • Review customer orders for raw materials resale demands. Create repack process orders as needed and release to production.
    • Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional and global affiliates as required.
    • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly status reports (e.g. COOISPI schedule, OTS, past due purchase orders) and distribute.
    • Produce and analyse order and production data on an ad hoc basis as required by management.
    • Receive and record vendor confirmations, file purchase order documents, other duties as required. Work with materials planners and purchasing group to resolve vendor issues.
    • Perform various auxiliary administrative planning functions to support department manager, production planners and raw material planners as required.
    • Work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices.
    • Management of boot and pager invoices for the site.
    • Manage Packaging Supply.
    • Follow and execute PIR/golden rules/best practices, SLOB.

    Academic Background

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade or others, or studying towards a qualification.

    Quality Control Learner

    In this exciting role you will:

    Flavour Application:

    • You will prepare fragrance applications in different bases meeting the needs of creative and development teams under guidance, and ensure the quality, precision and accuracy thereof. You will act as a point of contact in the lab for specific customer/projects. You will do the administration of sample requests and ordering of fragrance oils. You will perform physical-chemical measurements. You will help in updating and revising of technical documentation in the department, under supervision. You will conduct preparation of internal bases.You will perform colour matching and recommend dyes as per client request.

    Record and Inventory:

    • You will operate and help maintain standard lab equipment. You will record and communicate results accurately and promptly. You will perform the management of customer base inventories and project submission retained application samples. You will assist in the administration of materials and laboratory organization. You will maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment in accordance with EH&S policies.You will supervise and mentor other junior technician, trainees and others. You will perform stability testing and evaluation.

    Technical Support:

    • You will provide technical support to Creation and Development teams, Sales teams and to external customersby applying diverse knowledge. You will solve technical problems in the application of fragrance to product.You will study the stability and physical characteristics of fragrance formulations inproduct base, throughphysical and olfactory evaluation. You will prepare and/or perform technical talks for internal and external customers. You will network with internal contacts (S&T and other research and development laboratories) and external contacts (Suppliers and Universities) in order to exchange and update knowledge.

    Your professional profile includes:

    • RDegree or Higher Education qualification in Chemistry,Pharmacy,Chemical Engineering or similar subject / or stydying towards a qualification.
    • Diploma cosmetic science (advantageous )
    • Understanding of laboratory techniques as applied to perfumery
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

    Account Manager- Taste & Well-being

    In this exciting role you will:

    • Grow Givaudan's business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
    • Assist in tracking ADP to ensure sales activity is on schedule and meets success criteria
    • Cultivate and manage customer relationships within portfolio of accounts
    • Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
    • Assist in transitioning customer projects/new wins from scale-up to production

    Marketing Manager SEA- Taste & Wellbeing

    Core Responsibilities:

    Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:

    • Lead the AGO process by identifying needs and opportunities through comprehensive external and internal analysis.
    • Collaborate with sales and local technical teams to pinpoint growth opportunities and target accounts.
    • Consolidate and prioritize market needs, communicating effectively with the Sub-Regional Marketing Head and Regional Marketing Teams.
    • Drive marketing efforts to commercialize new innovations and products, partnering with Local and Regional Technical & Marketing Teams and Sales.

    Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with selected target customers, ensuring they understand Givaudan's capabilities.
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute key customer visits related to marketing activities.
    • Support the Regional CM or PM in developing trends, capabilities, and innovation presentations tailored for local relevance.
    • Ensure local marketing activities align with Flavour Division branding and positioning, enhancing the Givaudan brand in the local market.

    Innovation Support and Market Understanding:

    • Support the Define stage of IDDC by providing local market justification and requirements to the Regional Product Manager, including sales/profit projections and regulatory requirements.
    • Lead local commercialization efforts through effective collaboration with Regional Segment Teams, Local Technical, and Sales.
    • Develop a deep understanding of local customer brands and market dynamics, becoming a local category expert through analysis of consumer trends, customer products, and competitive landscape.

    Collaboration and Project Management:

    • Work closely with the Regional Category Manager and Regional Product Managers on commercialization opportunity assessments and presentations.
    • Prepare promotional materials and capability presentations for customer visits, ensuring relevance to local markets.
    • Engage in customer briefs and deliver presentations on new technologies as required.

    Academic Background:

    • University degree in Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.

    Professional Experience:

    • 3-5 years of regional hands-on experience in a similar role within a multinational environment.
    • Experience in the Food and Beverage or related industry is advantageous.

    Financial Accountant

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • You will re responsible for the overall integrity of GL and transaction recording therein.
    • You will analyse and reconcile accounts in GL, in liaison with GBS and Junior Accountant
    • You will close period end in liaison with GBS
    • You will co-ordinate audits for local legal entity iro functional responsibility
    • You will be accountable for Statutory financial reporting
    • You will maintain chart of accounts per Givaudan Finance manuals, integrity of master data with GBS
    • You will prepare and file all statutory returns & reports for company taxes, including VAT. Attend to all queries thereon.

    You will be accountable for Treasury and Cash Management, which includes:

    • Local liquidity management
    • Local Forward Exchange Contract (FEC) management in liaison with Group Treasury
    • Local transactional bank relationship, including local cash management

    Your Professional profile includes:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial accounting or related role
