    Driver - Sebokeng

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent level of education essential.
    • Code 10 Driver’s license and Valid PDP permit
    • No infringements against driver’s license/permit will be accepted.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a driver.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Conduct the relevant pre-trip checks (inspection)on allocated vehicle daily and ensure that the vehicle confirms to the National Road and Traffic Act regulations.
    • Report any maintenance requirements to the Fleet Manager.
    • Maintain and complete daily log and inspection sheets.
    • Complete delivery of other resources and employees were necessary.
    • Priorities job requests to optimize time and fuel efficiency.
    • Transport patients and customers safely and efficiency.
    • Park vehicles in secure Company facilities and ensure the vehicle/s is locked and put keys in a safe place.
    • Ensure over weekends or during public holidays, that vehicles are filled up on the day before the start of such weekend or holiday.
    • Check daily that all equipment is functioning correctly.

    Accounts Payable Clerk - Sandton

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Relevant Accounting or Finance qualification.
    • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk.
    • Private healthcare experience is advantageous.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Process outgoing payments in compliance with CHG financial policies and procedures.
    • Ensure that all source documentation related to the Creditor’s function is accurate and updated before invoices are loaded.
    • Verify and investigate discrepancies (in Goods Received Notes, quoted prices and supplier invoices) by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements and rectify where required.
    • Ensure correct understanding of expense accounts and cost centres.
    • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accurately accounted for and posted.
    • Ensure all invoices are authorised per the relevant levels of sign off and authority.
    • Accurately allocate invoices to the correct supplier and General Ledger accounts daily.
    • Maintain all paperwork and records pertaining to A/P and ensure the correct filing and accessibility (to access approved functions) of documentation.

    Hospital Manager - Soweto

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Healthcare).
    • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) will be an added advantage.
    • 5-7 years within Hospital or Hospitality Management experience.
    • 3 years’ people management experience.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Lead strategic direction setting and planning for the Hospital area in alignment to the CHG’s vision and mission.
    • Develop the Hospital’s standards based on global and local best practices to achieve operational excellence and quality
    • Set goals and standards for the Hospital to support the business plans.
    • Plan and utilise the available skills and equipment sets for maximum effectiveness and productivity.
    • Support and guide relevant workstreams [i.e., Nursing, Patient Experience] to achieve operational success.
    • Drive continuous improvement and identify and manage operational risks.
    • Maintain quality patient care delivery standards through suitably qualified and registered professionals.
    • Manage communication, service providers, projects (where applicable), budgets, resourcing, roll-out and change management as relating to Hospital Operations.
    • Initiate and implement operational activities of the business unit aimed at delivering best patient experience, best outcomes, with cost efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance to all relevant legislation applicable to Health and Safety.
    • Streamline the Hospital and drive alignment, collaboration and synergy between the various stream lead and healthcare professionals to provide healthcare services.
    • Take a strategic view of the value chain to ensure the Hospital is optimally integrated and optimised within CHG’s operating context.
    • Support and drive Group initiatives to strengthen funder relations and continuously work towards designated service provider status with funders.
    • Collaborate with Chief Operations Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Medical Officer in the recruitment of Clinicians and Allied workers across all Medical disciplines.
    • Enable and support contractors to deliver.
    • Management of the Hospital’s Marketing and Patient Experience Strategy.
    • Co-create functional strategies and lead and manage the disciplines in portfolio.
