Key responsibilities:

• Provides counsel to clients; establishes and builds key client relationships
• Oversees and leads a wide variety of communications programmes across multiple channels that meet client objectives
• Creates the development of plans, proposals, results reports, creative briefs and other communications documents
• Develops relationships in Retail, Food/Beverage, CPG, Travel and Tourism, Health and Wellness, Financial Services and Sports industries
• Organises, directs and collaborates effectively across teams to achieve results
• Keeps current with industry and overall consumer marketing trends while advancing our expertise in new media and marketing applications

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborates with marketing managers to develop and deploy digital campaigns as well as respective forms and landing pages
• Collaborates with the marketing team to understand and strategise the execution and process flow of campaign types for effective list management and marketing programmes
• Works with sales and marketing teams on pipeline development, reporting and dashboard creation
• Assists in the development of Salesforce CRM processes related to lead generation, pipeline development, data integrity and system integrations
• Maintains consistency in reporting at all times
• Assists with database cleanup projects to ensure health and quality of the data for optimal segmenting in marketing automation
• Works with the marketing team on marketing events and initiatives
