    AM Administrator, Order Processing

    Job Description

    • Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic global organization? NOV is seeking an AM Administrator (Order Processing) to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our business operations.
    • As part of the AM Administration team, you’ll provide essential administrative support across departments, ensuring smooth and efficient order processing from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Check commercial aspects of incoming Purchase Orders
    • Create, Maintain and Process orders in the ERP system
    • Cost verification and allocation
    • Billing summary preparation 
    • Financial closure of orders, invoicing and processing of credits and rebills
    • Perform Customer Portal Administration – Uploading of invoices and acknowledgment of Purchase Orders
    • Prepare and Issue Purchase Requisitions
    • Save & Maintain documentation in the DMS
    • Financial reporting & Analysis
    • Back-up support with holiday cover and carry out any other duties as may be reasonably expected

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • Grade 12 Senior Certificate (essential)
    • Proficient in MS Office (essential)
    • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills (essential)
    • Experience working within an Administrative team (essential)
    • ERP system experience – processing of orders, invoicing, crediting and purchase requisitions (desirable)
    • Tertiary qualification in Administration, Business, Communication (desirable)

    AM Administrator, General Support

    Job Description

    • Are you an organized and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? NOV is looking for an AM Administrator (General Support) to join our Administration team and play a key role in supporting daily operations across multiple business functions. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to various internal teams while helping ensure smooth coordination of travel, personnel logistics, and documentation processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset to grow within a global industry leader.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:

    • Process Travel Related tasks 
    • Coordinate and assist with Visa applications
    • Make travel arrangements – flights, accommodation and transport
    • Check and Maintain various records & documents
    • Timekeeping maintenance – capture, check, verify & correct 
    • Personnel Data Maintenance in the Document Management System (monitor validity of mandatory certification)
    • Auditing of Travel Expenses – review, correct and prepare for customer billing
    • Dispatch Support – Coordinate the preparation, mobilization and demobilization of employees on away from base assignments
    • Preparation of Purchase Requisitions
    • Provide internal training support
    • Provide relevant new hire information & training from AM Administration
    • Back-up support with holiday cover and carry out any other duties as may be reasonably expected
    • Collaborate frequently with Norwegian colleagues — international experience is advantageous.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
