    Job Description

    What is your role and what do we expect you to bring to the table?

    • Work closely with Sales leadership to provide insights on performance and improve Business Planning by enhancing the sales target setting process and strengthening target allocation methodology.
    • Generate and/or review relevant sales information and performs critical analysis and insights to aid in critical decision making and action planning
    • Support key initiatives by providing the right insights that will support data driven decision making, driving accountability to the outcomes.
    • Use analysis tools (Power BI) and other software capabilities to provide quick and accurate data analysis in order to derive insights from data/ reports.
    • Leverage advanced analysis and BI tools for analyzing the existing trends and predicting future trends along with assessing the impact current strategies can have in posterity, to build predictive insights, anticipate, and forecast trends.
    • Maintain data quality and analyze data from different sources including internal (sales, finance, distributor data, multi-channel & field force activities, CLM etc.) as well as external (competitor and market trends).
    • Provide regular sales reports and analysis that will provide insights on granular-level performance and t ends to drive decisions for product's rolling forecasts, tactical and strategic plans.
    • Perform data analysis needed to support new products for launch and proposed business development deals; and perform regular monitoring of performance upon launch.
    • Provide other relevant analysis and ad-hoc reports critical to aid decision-making.
    • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of management reports relating to sales (offtake, In-market, To-market) performance at required granular level (product/SKU, channel, trade accounts, etc.), building blocks indicators (lead & lag),
    • Closely coordinate with the different teams to monitor A&P, market share updates, sales and marketing initiatives results, new products performance, others (as agreed).
    • Performs required data analysis to understand viability of potential new products and business development deals. Lead gathering of relevant programs/initiatives to optimize resources.
    • Provide trend analysis of historical sales performance at granular level to understand risks and opportunities and recommend actions to drive better results and manage risks.
    • Participate in Business Planning/ Forecasting
    • Provide historical trends and analytics per SKU, channel

    Job Qualifications

    Site Security Leader

    Role Responsibility:

    • The Site Security Leader is accountable for implementing and managing the site security program following Global Security standards and direction. May be called upon occasionally to provide security consultation for other organizations located across Sub-Sahara Africa.
    • Demonstrable experience in Effective management of the 3rd party security contractor as well management of site soft services end-to-end. (Gastronomy)
    • Provides consultation with the Sub-Sahara Security Leader in identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining security processes on site to reduce financial loss to the Company. Identify significant risks, design, and implement strategies and programs to prevent/reduce loss of Company assets. Achieve risk reduction through increased security awareness.
    • Provides advisory for Travel Security and support company travellers with guidelines on travel risks and protection especially for high-risk travel.
    • Previous experience in remote monitoring and remote access and ability to design site security solutions (access control systems, CCTV, intrusion detection alarms, Control Room design and management etc.)
    • Following global guidance, this role will coordinate and implement security operations and activities to ensure protection of executives, managers, employees, physical and proprietary assets while ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment. Develops and ensures services in response to criminal financial loss, crimes against persons, sabotage, threats, emergencies, illegal acts, and property or environmental crimes. Researches and deploys state of the art technology solutions and innovative security management techniques to provide total asset protection for Company assets. Participates in and occasionally directs the approach, deployment, and execution of investigations.
    • Develops close relationships with law enforcement agencies, security agencies, and private sector counterparts across the geographical region while guiding development of these same relationships for Facility Security Owners.
    • Briefs senior management on status of security issues.
    • Supports supply chain business partners in the logistics, transportation, distribution, and storage of company products and assets to ensure security standards are implemented.
    • Carries out periodic risk assessment to identify, evaluate and counter security threats to company personnel, Information, Infrastructure, and business operations/activities in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Conduct quarterly, bi annual and annual security audit, compliance and verifications.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by Regional/Sub-Sahara Security Leader relating to advisory and consulting services, security risk & site assessment, surveys and related security concerns and responses.
    • Ensure that adequate Security induction and training is provided, as required.
    • Ensure that emergency response plans are available and tested for emergencies such as adverse weather, fires, crime, threats or civil disobedience/ protests
    • In addition, to the above-mentioned responsibilities, this role will also support Regional Security on complex or high-impact investigations and projects, as needed.
    • Superior knowledge of multinational geopolitical events
    • Ability to communicate effectively in crisis situations and to take initiative and multi-task under pressure
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; accurate typing skills
    • Expected to be on call and respond timeously to Plant Security related matters

    Job Qualifications

    • Security / Risk Management Diploma or equivalent
    • Recognized international security qualifications/accreditations such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or Physical Security Professional (PSP) or Security Management Professional (CSMP) through ASIS and or ISMI are preferred
    • Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) Grade A
    • Specialized education/ Valid Certifications in Security management, physical security and CCTV operating systems are preferred –
    • Min 4-5 years Law enforcement experience and min 4-5 years Corporate Security management experience ideal.
    • 4-5 years of physical and electronic security experience, including working with CCTV and access control systems, security guard force management, site security design, security and risk assessments, supply chain security, and investigations.
    • Experience in and fair cultural awareness.
    • Fluency in English and proficiency in any other Regional dialects or African/European languages is an added plus.
    • Experience networking and engaging with law enforcement agencies Creative thinker who is assertive and disciplined to drive change.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
    • Training and presentation skills.
    • Proven collaboration skills – can lead internal/external multi-functional teams and meet externally driven deadlines despite multiple priorities.
    • Strong personal initiative and integrity, with ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver solutions under minimal guidance
    • Be accountable for the implementation, monitoring and compliance of the Group’s Security policies, systems, procedures and standards.
