    Insure Adviser Assistant -Swellendam

    Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                                

    • Liaising with clients
    • Preparing quotations for new and existing clients
    • Issuing new policies, renewals, and endorsements
    • Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
    • Recording details and information on the relevant systems

    Skill sets required:

    • Matric
    • NQF 4 in Short Term Insurance
    • 0-2 Years short-term insurance experience
    • Regulatory examination 1 (Representatives) RE5 successfully completed.
    • Proficient on both spoken and written English, and at least one other of the official South African languages
    • Good administration skills
    • Planning and organising skills
    • Time management skills
    • Highly client focused with good interpersonal skills
    • Resilient with a good level of stress tolerance

    Project Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate the feasibility of projects that support the achievement of business objectives
    • Define project scope in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables and expectations are clearly articulated and aligned to business objectives
    • Develop project plans which identify and sequence the activities and timelines needed to successfully complete the project
    • Coordinate the implementation of project systems and processes in line with the required time, cost and quality standards
    • Identify and assign resources and stakeholders required for the execution of the project
    • Determine the project objectives and measures of success which will be used to evaluate project effectiveness
    • Track and drive the implementation and delivery of the project plan in line with the scope, cost and time parameters of the project
    • Identify risks and collaborate with stakeholders to manage the mitigation of risks
    • Create channels that monitor project progress and deliver reports that accurately reflect the progress of the project
    • Manage the project close out and the assessment of project effectiveness to make recommendations to improve project impact
    • Manage project budgets
    • Manage project teams to ensure collaboration to achieve optimal cross process integration.

    Minimum requirements:

    • Degree in Project Management or Business Management
    • A minimum of five (5) years project management experience, managing various projects and resources
    • Knowledge of and experience in project management methodology

    Recommended Requirements;

    • PMP Certification
    • Financial service industry knowledge and experience

    Sales Assistant

    Responsibilities:

    • Arranging of meetings and minute taking
    • Client meetings and Sales team meetings (Preparation and facilitation)
    • Arranging travel and accommodation for Head of Sales and Sales team
    • Diary Management for Head of Sales and Sales team
    • Setting up meetings and appointments, organising venues and hospitality for visitors
    • Taking action notes (matters arising) at all meetings as directed by Executives/Head of Sales
    • Handling and solving of client queries
    • Relationship Management (Internal & External)
    • Ad-hoc & special projects/reports (reporting)
    • Systems Management & Maintenance- specifically CRM system
    • Backup to other office support staff

    Minimum requirements:

    • Matric, University degree (negotiable)
    • 3-5 years’ relevant experience
    • Must have demonstrable experience of working in support of a senior individual and have an understanding of the need for confidentiality
    • Must have computer skills (Windows, Word, Power point, Excel, Internet)
    • Own reliable transport
