    MRP Controller

    Job Description

    • A dynamic supply chain environment Company is looking for an experienced MRP Controller with strong expertise in material requirements planning, SAP, Ariba, and advanced Excel capabilities.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials through effective planning, procurement coordination, and data-driven analysis to support production and operational efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage MRP processes to ensure continuous material availability for production
    • Execute procurement activities using SAP and Ariba systems
    • Monitor purchase orders and track supplier performance
    • Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to align material planning with business requirements
    • Analyse inventory levels and forecast demand to optimise procurement strategies
    • Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and discrepancies
    • Develop reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions to support decision-making
    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ISO standards, EHS, and quality procedures
    • Support and drive supply chain cost-saving initiatives

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
    • Experience in MRP, procurement, or supply chain management
    • Strong proficiency in SAP and Ariba procurement modules
    • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with strong ability to manage multiple priorities

    Job Description

    • A reputable financial services company is looking for an experienced Lending Supervisor with strong credit assessment, loan administration, collections, and team leadership experience.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing lending operations, ensuring sound credit decisions, managing loan portfolios, driving collections activities, and maintaining compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and supervise daily lending activities to ensure efficient loan processing and portfolio management.
    • Implement loan origination strategies and support the lending team throughout the application process.
    • Review and recommend funding applications, highlighting key risks, mitigants, and deviations where applicable.
    • Lead and manage complex lending transactions.

    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of lending policies, procedures, and operational frameworks.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in credit, lending, or financial services environments.
    • Previous experience supervising or leading a team would be advantageous.
    • Strong credit assessment and credit risk management experience.
    • Sound understanding of lending principles, loan administration, collections, and recoveries.
    • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lending or credit management systems.
