Job Description

• A leading industrial services company is looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager with a strong background in mining or industrial sectors to oversee financial operations and drive strategic financial planning across the group.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations across the group, including accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and reporting.
• Ensure strict compliance with IFRS, SARS, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage audits and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
• Drive group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Strengthen internal controls and provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
• Mentor and lead finance teams across various subsidiaries.

Requirements:

• BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential).
• Professional Accountant (SA) and CIMA qualification (essential).
• Registered Tax Practitioner (essential).
• 8–10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years at a group or senior management level.
• Demonstrated expertise in multi-entity consolidations and management reporting.
• In-depth technical accounting knowledge and experience within the mining or industrial services sector.
• Proficiency in Sage Evolution, Pastel, or similar ERP systems.
