• Preparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards)

• User training
• System testing/parallel runs
• System implementation
• System audits/quality assurance

Maintenance Requests:

• Review and present proposed system solution to User Organisation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Review & approve the design and development of CRM Solutions as Salesforce, ServiceNow and others.
• The overall technological design authority of the CRM Platform with the help of the teams/squads.
• Lead and manage software development teams.
• Guide project teams on technology strategy related to coding practices, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
• Write/review technical documentation and create detailed reports.
• Review/approve test and debug of CRM system & correspondent modules.
• Mentor and coach the technical team in the squad, specifically with code reviews.
• Be hands-on and engage in coding to help the team develop the solution and solve all surfacing problems. Identifies and removes technical impediments.
• Analyse system requirements and ensure the software is working efficiently.
