    Cyber Information Security Analyst I

    What will you do?

    • Responsible for providing operational information technology security support to ensure that the organisation is not compromised in any way.  Conducts necessary housekeeping as required.

    What will make you successful in this role?

    Logical Access Administration:
    Service new requests to create, adjust  and remove users and access on the following environments:

    • Microsoft Active Directory
    • IBM Tivoli Identity Manager
    • Sanlam Mainframe applications
    • Santam Mainframe
    • J.D.Edwards
    • AJS
    • Web-E
    • Service requests to grant access to File Shares and Exchange
    • Microsoft Exchange

    Logical Access Incident Management:

    • Investigate and resolve logical access incidents
    • Document and report risks if incident points to a larger problem
    • Escalate according to agreed procedures if risk is high

    Project Interactions:

    • Provide Information security requirements (related to logical access administration and review) to projects
    • Support projects by testing administrative user interfaces and processes

    Qualifications and Experience

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12
    • MCSA/MCSE certification will be beneficial

    Experience

    • A minimum of 2 to 5 years Microsoft Administration experience (scripting, helpdesk type experience)
    • Some IBM Mainframe experience will be beneficial
    • Experience in logical access administration or a good understanding of information security principles (Security+) will be beneficial

    Accredited Healthcare Consultant (JHB)

    What will you do?

    • To support the Regional Senior Healthcare Consultant to drive the Sanlam Health retail strategy to various Sanlam channels, advisor healthcare partners.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support for health and gap cover presentations to employer groups with new group business targets.
    • To drive the uptake of referral and accreditation model via the Sanlan connect channel.
    • To drive the sales volumes and product integration via the accredited and deferral channels.
    • Assist with on-boarding, training and guidance of advisors under supervision.  
    • Provide professional client interaction throughout all sales processes and service processes.
    • Key support to Senior Healthcare Consultant in overseeing compliance requirements, manage training, knowledge and skill of the Sanlam Connect Advisers.
    • To drive health product sales via the accreditation and referral model in Sanlam Connect.
    • Assist with on-boarding, training and guidance of advisors under supervision. 
    • Monitoring activities of representatives under supervision. 
    • To drive the sales volumes and product integration via the accredited and deferral channels.
    • Support Senior Healthcare Consultants with health and gap cover presentations to employer groups with new group business targets.
    • Support in preparation of quotations and recommendation of suitable healthcare offerings to employer groups and their employees.
    • Liaise with medical schemes to assist in driving uptake in retail referral and accreditation as well as securing group business.
    • Provide professional client interaction throughout all sales and service processes.
    • Act with due care, skill and diligence in the execution of all duties.
    • Fulfill contractual obligations as agreed to.

    Support in oversight of the following: 

    • Statutory obligations of the FSP.
    • Rendering of financial services of the FSP and individuals authorised to act on its behalf.
    • Business processes and operational ability.
    • Instill a culture of treating customers fairly in all aspects of the business.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Financial Services Industry related qualification and FAIS accreditation 
    • 2 - 5 years’ realated experience within the financial and healthcare industry
    • RE 5
    • Council for Medical Schemes full accreditation and registration
    • Class of Business - Health
    • Class of Business - Short term personal lines
    • Experience in advice management processes - advantageous

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Knowledge of selling methodologies
    • Knowledge in planning and co-ordinating of sales initiatives
    • Computer skills (MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel)
