    Contractor New Systems Solutions Projects

    • A vacancy exists in the Future Toyota Department (12 month contract), located in Johannesburg. This position reports to the Senior Manager of New Systems Solutions and focuses on the administration and management of tasks and activities related to the e-commerce project and systems. The role involves active cross functional collaboration across all business areas within TSAM and the dealer network. Therefore, strong networking and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Supporting with organising, planning and communicating with cross functional teams related to e-commerce
    • Communicating, monitoring and prioritising with suppliers on requirements for the e-commerce project
    • Create and lead and manage new initiatives for the e-commerce project
    • Support with gathering requirements, system integration and testing for the e-commerce project
    • Manage multiple projects, ensuring adequate resource allocation and on-time delivery in line with the project specification
    • Create and maintain an environment that encourages collaboration and alignment between various divisions in the Sales & Marketing Group.
    • Engagement with dealers and management of dealer-related activities on the e-commerce project
    • Creating Training Content for internal and external users
    • Coordinate the process of finding resolutions to production system issues with speed and efficiency
    • Managing support activities for e-commerce project
    • Preparation of documents, presentations and schedules
    • Self-management and leadership development

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • NQF Level 6 - (360 credits) qualification in Marketing/Business Management
    • 7+ Years experience in sales or marketing
    • Project Management
    • Experience within the automotive industry advantageous
    • PC Literacy (MS Office - Advanced, e-Toyota, e-Toyota ONE (Advantage)

    Contractor Logistics - Dealer Parts Operations Kaizen

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    • The purpose of this role is to provide support with planning and administration of the Dealer Parts Operation Kaizen (DPOK) program.

    PERIOD:

    • 12 Months Contract.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Project planning and project administration.
    • Dealer Information management.
    • Dealer Certification logistics planning.
    • Stakeholder Communication.
    • Data analysis, data evaluation.
    • Ensure and measure dealer DPOK sustainment.
    • Promote quality and safety in the work environment.
    • Dealer Visits, local and national as well as creation and distribution of dealer visit report.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • NQF level 6 (360 credits - level 8 framework) Industrial Engineering/ Logistics /Supply Chain.
    • Minimum 3 years project management/ administration work experience.
    • Dealer parts department experience would be an advantage.
    • Understanding of safety regulations beneficial.
    • Understanding of quality standards beneficial.
    • MS Excel – advanced level compulsory.
    • MS Power BI.
    • SAP R3; SAP BW would be an advantage.
    • Good communication (written and spoken).

    Manager KINTO Lease Pricing and Risk

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    • This role plays a critical part in ensuring that vehicle pricing remains competitive while effectively managing residual value risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting residual values at a vehicle level, developing and maintaining pricing systems and processes, and continuously monitoring market trends to support informed decision-making. The successful incumbent will also drive initiatives to improve pricing structures, assess new value-added products (VAPS), and contribute to strategic projects.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Set and manage residual values for both new and existing vehicle models to balance pricing competitiveness and risk exposure.
    • Develop, maintain, and improve systems and processes for pricing and RV management.
    • Manage and optimise pricing elements, including fees, excess kilometre rates, and value-added products (VAPS) such as maintenance plans and insurance.
    • Assess the feasibility and pricing impact of introducing new VAPS offerings.
    • Monitor industry trends, including new and used vehicle pricing, and provide insights to support decision-making.
    • Proactively identify pricing opportunities through benchmarking, market analysis, and engagement with industry stakeholders.
    • Ensure all pricing processes and systems are regularly reviewed, validated, and functioning optimally.
    • Prepare and present reports and insights on pricing performance and risk to management and relevant committees.
    • Lead and manage projects related to pricing and risk initiatives.
    • Support team capability by training and mentoring team members.
    • Develop and maintain relevant policies and procedures.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • NQF Level 6 (Minimum 360 credits on level 8 framework) qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics, Business & Supply Chain Management, or related.
    • Analytics or Supply Chain background (minimum of 5 years).
    • SAP knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
    • Automotive industry knowledge and experience - Essential.
    • High degree of computer literacy – Essential.
    • Excel Advanced – Essential.
