    What you’ll do

    • Purchasing & Sourcing Support: Support Category Buyers in executing sourcing activities such as RFQs, data collection, and supplier comparisons. Assign pricing and sourcing information for Interco supplied materials according to sourcing matrices. Assist with contract administration including documentation, pricing updates, and expiry tracking. Conduct basic spend analysis and reporting under guidance. 
    • Supplier Coordination: Act as the daily point of contact for Interco supply matters including pricing and lead-time inquiries. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery, quality, or invoice queries. Maintain accurate supplier records within procurement systems. 
    • Process, Governance & Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply strictly with procurement policies and Delegation of Authority (DoA) guidelines. Maintain accurate purchasing and sourcing data in systems such as SAP and Coupa. Keep documentation complete, traceable, and audit ready. 
    • Learning & Development: Build knowledge of category management, sourcing processes, and procurement best practices. Participate in training, coaching, and development activities provided by the procurement organization. Continuously improve commercial awareness, supplier interaction, and system proficiency. 
    • Stakeholder Support: Respond promptly and professionally to routine procurement queries from internal stakeholders. Escalate commercial, supply, or compliance risks to Category Buyers or the Strategic Sourcing Manager as needed. Develop strong working relationships with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams regionally.

    What you’ll bring

    Must-haves:

    • Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
    • Experience using ERP and procurement systems (SAP essential, Coupa desirable).
    • Experience in procurement, buying or supply chain within manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments.
    • Understanding of procurement processes, sourcing activities and purchase-to-pay (P2P) workflows within SAP. 

    Nice-to-haves: 

    • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
    • Experience working in a regional or multinational organisation.

    EMEA OE Head of Sales: Crushers and Screens

    What you’ll do

    • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the regional OE (Original Equipment) sales team for crushers and screens, ensuring achievement of sales targets across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Central Asia).
    • Market Development: Develop and implement business plans to grow the OE market for crushers, screens, and comminution products. This includes identifying new greenfield and brownfield opportunities, building client relationships on mine sites, and collaborating with regional partners to support strategic growth. 
    • Customer & Aftermarket Integration: Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by integrating aftermarket sales into the OE sales strategy. Maintain strong client relationships to drive spare parts pull-through and long-term aftermarket agreements. 
    • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with HPGR sales managers, sub-region sales directors, and internal stakeholders to align sales strategies, share best practices, and optimize pricing, distribution, and promotional activities. 
    • Operational Excellence: Oversee sales reporting, budgeting, and skill matrix management for the OE sales team. Implement best practices and maintain visibility on systems like NEXT digital to ensure efficient sales operations. 
    • Travel Requirements: Willingness and flexibility to travel throughout the EMEA region to support sales activities, client engagement, and team leadership.

    What you’ll bring

    Must-haves:

    • Proven experience in a similar sales leadership role within the mining or aggregates processing industry. 
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support business strategy and growth. 
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP software and relevant product selection tools.

    Nice-to-have(s): 

    • Experience managing regional sales teams and developing greenfield and brownfield strategies.
