    Product Specialist- Haemodialysis - KZN

    Key Job Outputs: 

    • To meet sales budgets, implement market strategies and grow existing business
    • To analyse customer base and identify key influential customers
    • To handle and overcome product related objections
    • To manage customer satisfaction and expectations
    • Identify and analyse competitor information; analyse and identify gaps in the market
    • Compile and disseminate territory reports with action plans on identified short comings
    • Help give practitioner training within their therapeutic areas
    • Communicate product specific information and ensure monthly budget is exceeded
    • Submit variance reports with expenses
    • Conduct In Service Training (IST’S) in hospitals dialysis units
    • Arrange CME meetings for the HCP

    Submit monthly activity report with following information:

    • Specific to needs of individual customers
    • Competitors information and activities
    • Strategy feedback
    • Training need identified
    • Planning and Organising

    Requirements

    Required Learning and Experience:

    • Relevant diploma in General/ Renal Nursing / Renal Technology Diploma or Equivalent
    • Previous Nephrology experience
    • Minimum 3-year experience in specialized Renal Nephrology / Renal Technical Equipment
    • Driver’s licence
    • Computer Literacy i.e. MS word, excel, pp, etc
    • Sales experience (recommended)
    • Advance Wound Care & Ostomy experience/understanding will be an advantage

    Operator: SVP Packing

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent 
    • 1 to 2 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry

    Key Job Outputs

    • Inspect SVP units for any defects 
    • Remove defect from conveyer belt and place in reject bin
    • Palletize packed SVP Shippers 
    • Maintain GMP in the working environment 
    • Checks that the material used is released and is per the Bill of materials.
    • Ensure that the Plant Manufacturing Logbook has been completed.
    • Ensure that working station is cleaned after production has been completed.
    • In conjunction with the Team Leader once the Production Pharmacist establishes cut-off points when non-conforming product is experienced.
    • Must be able to comply with Health and Safety requirements.
    • Technical aptitude to Set Up labelling Machine and label SVP Ampoules with minimum supervision.

    TST Cleaning Validation Technician

    Key Job Outputs:

    • Perform all cleaning validation related activities.
    • Ensure the implementation of the cleaning validation programme.
    • Execute project plans and ensure timelines and departmental deliverables are met.
    • Execution of delegated protocols, reports and plans.
    • Ensure execution of validation activities are completed as per approved protocols and project plans.
    • Collate, analyse and discuss data in respective reports, and make recommendations.
    • Control and submission of samples for analysis and providing required documentation.
    • Assist with investigations and report writing.
    • Collate data from multiple sources for investigations.
    • Complete investigations within allocated timelines.
    • Compile, update and review SOP’s timeously according to current procedures.
    • Ensure all work performed is of the highest quality and in full compliance with GxP’s, SOP’s, regulations and safety standards.
    • Administrative duties (filing and maintaining relevant data bases)

    Requirements

    • Matric Certificate.
    • Suitable science, tertiary or minimum NQF level 5 qualification.
    • Experience in chemistry advantageous.
    • Computer literacy especially in MS Office mandatory.
    • 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/production.
    • Understanding of GLP, GMP, Regulatory guidelines (SAHPRA, ICH, etc.).
    • Knowledge on cleaning validation and related processes highly advantageous

    Contract worker : Viaflex FIlling operator

    Key Job Outputs

    • Perform pouching of units on the line.
    • Conduct filling of products.
    • Able to understand process of printing of bags.
    • Assist in loading and sealing of units.
    • Follow SOP process for Products.
    • Follow correct GMP and gowning process
    • Inspect units for missing parts/illegible print and fill volumes
    • Remove defective units and over pouches.
    • Assist in material handling activities.
    • Assist in other departmental needs on a daily basis.
    • Perform cleaning activities in the department as required per SOP.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • 1 to 2 years’ working experience.
    • Experience in pharmaceutical industry – advantageous

    Key Job Output

    • Inspect trucks to ensure that no units are left on the truck from the previous batch before moving the truck into the loading area.
    • Check and remove all damaged trays and place them on the damaged truck stand
    • Load units per SOP 66-08-06-001
    • Set Up Printing machine.
    • Set Up Labelling Machine.
    • Complete truck card by recording the batch number, code and the number of units on the truck
    • Complete Line Clearance/Line Opening document.
    • Complete Plant Equipment Logbook
