    Clinical Group Patient Administration Manager- Africa Healthcare Head Office

    Critical Outputs

    • Ensure the compliance to group working procedures and assist the business units in the development of unit specific standards, protocols and measures to manage the patient administration areas, including admissions, case management and bill auditing.
    • Manage and measure the quality and effectiveness of the billing function and disseminate the information to the group on a regular basis.

    Clinical Case Manager – Africa Health Care Head Office

    Critical Outputs

    • Review clinical coding in accordance with CPT and ICD requirements at group level
    • Ensure that pre-admission and pre-authorisation processes are maintained
