    Artisan Fitter

    Job Description
    About the Role

    • We are seeking a skilled Artisan Fitter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will primarily focus on the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing downtime within the workplace.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assemble and fit components and machinery according to specifications and drawings.
    • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on equipment to identify and rectify issues.
    • Install and align machinery and equipment, ensuring proper operation.
    • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems.
    • Maintain accurate records of repairs, adjustments, and replacements made to equipment.
    • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards during all fitting activities.
    • Utilize hand and power tools effectively while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
    • Train and mentor junior fitters and apprentices as necessary to build team capacity and skills.

    Requirements

    • Proven track record in a fitting or mechanical environment with a strong understanding of machinery components.
    • Demonstrable experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving abilities in hands-on applications.
    • Proficient in the use of various hand and power tools relevant to fitting and assembly.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Technical N3, Fitter and Turner Trade Test
    • Three years practical exposure on basic hand tools and electrical tools
    • Matric (Senior Certificate)
    • Familiarity with preventative maintenance practices and procedures.
    • Additional certifications in safety or specialized machinery operation will be a plus.
    • Valid Drivers License

    Artisan HVAC

    ROLE PURPOSE

    • To carry out timeous and quality planned, preventative and emergency maintenance on specified Air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation and Water Reticulation units to give effect to the business maintenance strategy and Client service standards.

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Implement equipment service specifications in accordance with Client and Company requirements
    • Install & commission air-conditioning and water reticulation equipment in accordance to specification
    • Conduct maintenance on air-conditioning & water reticulation equipment as per schedule, preventative or emergency fault rectification
    • Perform inspection of facility, air-conditioning equipment on site, identify areas of risk and report back for rectification
    • Ensure that preventative or emergency fault rectification complies with the relevant legislation, SLA and job plans
    • Ensure quality of work and timeous completion of all field request
    • Provide constant feedback to the Supervisor & Client on restoration of operations

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
    The Applicant must meet the following requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • N3 - N6 in Mechanical Engineering
    • Trade-Test in HVAC (Air-conditioning & Refrigeration) 5 years’ experience as an artesian
    • Valid SA Driver’s License
    • 5 years relevant experience in air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation equipment maintenance field & digital control systems
    • Min 5 years experience in Trade
    • Maintenance of air-conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation equipment & water reticulation systems
    • MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level)
    • Knowledge of OHS Act

    Parking Administrator

    About the Role

    • The Parking Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating parking operations within a designated area or facility. This role focuses on ensuring efficient use of parking resources, customer satisfaction, and adherence to relevant regulations, making it an integral position in maintaining optimal parking systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily operations of parking facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
