    Contract Manager

    Job Description
    ROLE PURPOSE

    • To implement and manage a cleaning solution for Clients in accordance with the SLA

    MAIN OUTPUTS

    • Responsible for driving cleaning and hygiene for the Client
    • Ensure delivery of efficient service as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
    • Implementation of an effective HSE, Quality & Risk Management system in conjunction with the Operations Manager, and in accordance to Client needs
    • Conduct daily audits on services rendered and ensure that prescribed work quality and standards are sustained
    • Assist in the management of projects and provide technical support, where applicable
    • Identify gaps and deficiencies in services, advise and effect solutions as part of Continuous Improvement on services rendered
    • Explore and recommend innovative methods, based on best practices, in order to bring about cost-effective solutions
    • Provide monthly reports and feedback on continued compliance to the SLA
    • Building strategic relationships both internally and externally
    • Manage staff performance & facilitate improvement through regularly monitoring performance & providing required coaching, support & feedback
    • Manage performance & conflicts within subordinate employees & effect corrective actions, in line with company policies/procedure
    • Ensure adequate staff placement i.e. prepare suitable shift-roster and manage/approve applicable leave for subordinate employees
    • Responsible for training, coaching, mentoring & development of subordinate employees
    • Implement cleaner work schedules and evaluate and manage performance

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    The Applicant must meet the following requirements:

    • NQF Level 6: Diploma Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management or related formal qualification
    • Matric (Senior Certificate)
    • Valid SA Drivers License
    • 3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management & Financial Management
    • Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management
    • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), PRP
    • Knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management

    Operations Manager/ Logistics MIS Executive

    Job Description
    ROLE PURPOSE
    Job Summary:

    • The Logistics MIS Executive is responsible for maintaining and analyzing logistics data to support efficient operations, timely reporting, and decision-making.
    • This role involves the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and systems to track logistics performance, inventory movement, freight costs, and service levels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect, compile, and analyze data from various logistics functions (transportation, warehousing, inventory, delivery).
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on logistics KPIs such as TAT, OTIF, freight costs, delivery timelines, and service levels.
    • Monitor and report on stock movements, inventory levels, and shipment status.
    • Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and vendors to obtain required data and ensure accuracy.
    • Create and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
    • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
    • Highlight deviations and exceptions in logistics operations with actionable insights.
    • Assist in logistics budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
    • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of logistics-related issues through data insights.
    • Support audits and compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.

    Key Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and other analytical tools.
    • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
    • Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau or other visualization tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
    • 2–5 years of experience in MIS or logistics operations.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Working knowledge of logistics processes (inbound, outbound, 3PL, last mile).
    • Experience in managing large datasets and generating actionable reports.
    • Familiarity with logistics KPIs and performance tracking
