    Service Consultant

    • Responsible for providing excellent client service by fulfilling and exceeding the client’s expressed need (Save, Transact, Credit and Insure).
    • Accurately and timeously, gather and capture client information for loan approvals and conduct deposit/enquiry transactions.
    • Responsible for maintaining skill, knowledge and competency in order to sell Global One in the interest of the client.
    • Presenting and conducting self in accordance with brand expectations.

    • More than 1 year’s client service experience within a retail/ financial/ banking environment
    • Demonstrated track record of engaging in a sales and client facing environment

    Manager: Finance Business Partner

    • Daily management of the Finance Business Partners , Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets Teams
    • Be a strategic partner to the various business divisions to ensure they execute on their business plan
    • Ensuring the timeous and accurate closure of the General Ledger, driving the monthly reconciliation process, weekly payments to creditors, control over fixed assets and budgeting and reporting on all expenses within the company.
    • Involvment in the implementation on new financial systems.

    Experience

    • At least 3 years’ experience in a reporting/analysis role/general financial manager role
    • At least 3 years’ experience within a Management/Team Leader role environment focusing on team development and client liaison/interaction

    Business Analyst: ATM and Cash Devices

    • Responsible for identifying Device Monitoring and Cash planning related business needs/requirements, concerning a new idea/business opportunity and for large projects/systems
    • Requirements management. Fully responsible for its accuracy and currency
    • Compile and execute test cases to ensure delivery is according to business requirements
    • Analyse implemented solutions and recommend further improvements, which will improve service, quality and value

    Requirements
