    Debtors Administrator

    About the role

    • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Debtors Administrator to manage the collection of clients’ rentals to ensure healthy cash flow and control of all debtors' accounts. Maintain good long-term customer and client manager relationships.

    What you will bring

    Inherent requirements for the position ( non-negotiable)

    • Matric with Accountancy as a subject
    • Strong technical background and skills.
    • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in rent collection
    • Computer literacy (MS Office)

    What you will be doing

    Credit Balances:

    • Refund of deposit and interest Investigation of other credit balances and correction thereof

    Reporting:

    • Monthly cash flow reporting and ensuring that each tenant has a comment and follow up date with reaction.
    • Internal and external Audit Report investigations and feedback.
    • Quarterly and Annual Book year end reporting.
    • Reporting and correction of credit balances.

    Collection activities:

    • Telephonic collections and follow up.
    • Statements, Utility readings and invoices where needed.
    • Bank allocation and journals to correct payments.
    • Reconciliations where disputes exist and send information through to tenants.
    • Final demand letters.
    • Recommendation to summons.
    • Update data (addresses and contact details) and Data Integrity.
    • Follow up of unpaid cheque and debit orders and letters to clients.
    • Interpretation and suggestion of down payments and follow up in writing.
    • Interest on arrear rental – control.
    • Recommendation of summons of tenants more than 2 months outstanding.
    • Follow up of all outstanding matters.
    • Communication to Client Manager and tenant admin on disputes after investigating of the original lease agreement and account

    Sales Specialist

    About the role:

    • The Sales Specialist is responsible for selling and managing exhibition and kiosk space within the shopping centre portfolio. Working with local and national brands, agencies, and partners, the role focuses on creating impactful in-mall activations and brand experiences that drive revenue, align with the mall’s strategic objectives, and enhance shopper engagement.
    • This position requires a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment, has strong relationship-building skills, and can translate brand needs into effective in-mall marketing opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Engagement

    • Conduct sales meetings with prospective clients and agencies to understand exhibition and promotional needs.

    Sales Strategy

    • Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to drive new business and maximize occupancy of exhibition space.

    Space Management

    • Identify, plan, and allocate promotional/exhibition space in line with operational requirements and brand relevance.
    • Proposal Development
    • Prepare tailored proposals and presentations showcasing available space and opportunities.
    • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to drive repeat business.

    Revenue Growth

    • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the commercial success of the shopping centre.
    • Activation Oversight
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of exhibitions and activations.

    Performance Tracking

    • Monitor the performance of activations and provide post-campaign reports and insights.

    Compliance

    • Ensure exhibitions meet mall compliance standards, brand guidelines, and health & safety regulations.

    Market Awareness

    • Stay up-to-date with retail trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities.

    Budget Management

    • Adhere to financial processes, including invoicing, rental collections, and reconciliation with finance teams.

    What you will bring:

    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving commercial growth.
    • Strong client, brand, and agency network in the activations/promotions industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Highly organized with strong project and time management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
    • Understanding of retail marketing, brand activations, and promotional planning.
    • Confident, outgoing, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
