Duties:

• Gathering/elicitation of business Requirements
• Drafting of Business Requirements Specifications
• Drafting of Functional Requirements Specifications
• Being able to manage projects from time to time
• Be the bridge between the development team and business, ensuring clear requirements is drafted and communicated to the development team from business
• Being able to facilitate user acceptance testing if the need arises.
• UML Skills:
• Being able to draft use case diagrams.
• Being able to draft Activity Diagrams
• Any other UML diagramming
• Being able to map out business processes, making use of MS Visio.
• Efficient within waterfall and agile methodology.
• Being able to manage a development team in terms of deliverables, in scope, on time and in budget.
• Stakeholder Management
• MS SQL skills
• Insurance knowledge is advantageous (Not a must)
• Well presentable, being able to run presentation sessions
• Being able to conduct systems training from time to time
