    Maintenance Farm Manager

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12
    • A mechanical/maintenance qualification will be an advantage
    • Agricultural background
    • Must have at least five years previous experience in general maintenance of farming equipment, including tractors, bailing equipment, planters, pumps and pivots.
    • Must be neat and diligent.
    • Ability to speak Xhosa is advantageous.
    • Must be a team player.

    Local Procurement – Internal Marketing Manager - Citrus

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Relevant Tertiary qualification will be advantageous
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in global fresh fruit marketing / trading from South Africa as well as local procurement within the fresh produce export industry in South Africa
    • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a collaborative team mindset
    • An additional language will be advantageous but not a requirement.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
    Procurement

    • To work with South African producers requires fluency in Afrikaans and English
    • Verbal and written
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Local South African producers with a focus on citrus
    • Existing producer base / access to volume/product with a focus on citrus.
    • Manage and grow relationships with the above-mentioned producers / growers in South Africa
    • Exceptional negotiation skills with local producers and understanding how to work with them.

    Trading / Marketing

    • To negotiate with buyers / clients and expand client base, requires fluency in English
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in international Fruit Trading / Marketing
    • Existing client/buyer base
    • Negotiating, trading and marketing with overseas clients
    • Manage and grow international customer /client relationships
    • Deep knowledge and understanding of international markets
    • Analyzing exported volumes and reaction planning.
    • Exceptional negotiation skills with international and local clients / buyers

    Senior Sugarcane Farm Manager

    MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS

    • Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
    • Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in sugarcane farming, with at least 3 years in a senior/management role
