    Inventory Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensuring accurate, complete and validity of all goods and materials received.
    • Ensuring goods received are correctly binned on shelves timeously.
    • Operating a Forklift and Overhead Crane safely and utilize lack-up trolleys where applicable,
    • Conducting stock count.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Grade 12.
    • Obtaining a Symbol A on the Psychomotor Dover Test.
    • Basic Rigging, Forklift and Overhead Crane licenses will be advantageous. Successful candidates without Basic Rigging, Forklift and Overhead Crane licenses will be assisted to obtain these through a structured development programme after which they will be upgraded.
    • Driver’s license Code EB (08).

    Minimum Experience:

    • Inventory experience will be advantageous.
    • MS Office and SAP MM/PM proficiency.

    Behavioural Competencies:

    • Ability to stay calm and focused on the task at hand under pressure.
    • Ability to maintain high levels of individual and team performance by driving achievement of goals, targets and financial objectives.
    • Consciousness for details and the ability to produce consistently high quality and accurate work.

    Induction Facilitator

    Key Responsibilities

    • Effectively managing and coordinating the Computer Based Training.
    • Maintaining of induction documents.
    • Presenting induction related training program.
    • Monitoring, advising and assisting with induction and training activities.
    • Reviewing of induction content for continuous improvement.
    • Assisting with correct translation of induction content where applicable.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Grade 12
    • Assessor Certificate will be an added advantage.
    • Driver’s License (Code EB/08).

    Minimum Experience

    • 1-year experience in the mining industry
    • Computer Literacy

    Key Responsibilities

    • Effectively sourcing the correct goods and services.
    • Liaising with business and suppliers to ensure effective service delivery to business.
    • Driving effective procurement practices in support of the delivery of goods and services.
    • Receiving, administering, and processing procurement documentation.
    • Co-ordinating the delivery times and communicate with the suppliers on issues related to quality or non-conformance.
    • Following up and actioning outstanding orders on the system.
    • Managing business and suppliers’ queries.
    • Conforming to Procurement Policies and Procedures.
    • Behaving in a safe manner and complying with relevant Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.

     Minimum Qualifications:

    • Grade 12.
    • A relevant tertiary qualification (NQF level 5) or an N3 certificate with Engineering Subjects and a valid Trade Certificate.
    • Driver’s License (Code EB/08).

    Minimum Experience:

    • 2 Years’ experience in Supply Chain and/or Finance.
    • MS Office Proficiency.
    • SAP and Coupa experience will be advantageous.

    Behavioural Competencies:

    • Ability to apply practical skills and common sense to solve problems and deliver accountabilities.
    • Ability to drill into the detail of issues to determine root cause while considering urgency, importance, risk and reward factors.
    • Ability to be target focused and meets deadlines, is punctual and keeps to schedule, and is reliable in finishing tasks.
    • Ability to adhere to rules and regulations, follow instructions and limit risk of non-compliance to the business.
