The Role

As Integrations Analyst you will be accountable for ensuring the day-to-day technical operation of JUMO’s core products through business analysis, project management and technical skills that mitigate against potential bugs and that ultimately enables highest utility and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Integration Solutions Manager.

If you join us, you’ll

• Proactively resolve business issues through root cause analysis and implementation of technical solutions with the relevant internal or external teams.
• Handle 4th line technical escalations and follow up on support requests raised with our technical partners.
• Perform systems integration- and user acceptance testing by creating and executing test cases
• Handle ad-hoc partner requests for testing or support.
• Create and maintain high-level technical integration documentation.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with partners.

What you’ll need

• Undergraduate degree or diploma
• Technical background, with experience in:
  • REST APIs, JSON/XML and cloud technologies
  • Sequence diagrams / UML
  • SQL
  • Agile processes
  • Cloud monitoring services (e.g. Datadog) would be advantageous
• Positive and constructive attitude
• Ability to self-manage and take ownership
• Attention to detail
• Good communication and relationship building skills
• Logical thinker with problem solving skills
• Curious and hungry to learn

Product Delivery Specialist

As Product Delivery Specialist you will be accountable for working with various teams to deliver technical products and services to JUMO’s partners and customers. This position is responsible for working closely with JUMO’s product and engineering teams, as well as other internal teams to execute the technical delivery of our products. This position is responsible for technical analysis, project planning and managing against the project plan, mitigating risks, and helping coordinate (from the partner side) the development life cycle from inception to launch and post-launch support. You will report to the Integration Solutions Manager.

If you join us, you’ll

• Coordinate and manage the technical delivery of JUMO’s products to partners and customers
• Build and maintain relationships with external tech teams and partners
• Discuss technical details with internal teams and partners, while considering the long-term implications of certain decisions and trade offs
• Support teams with systems integration- and user acceptance testing of developed features.
• Support go-live and post go-live activities

What you’ll need

• Undergraduate degree or diploma
• Good communication and relationship building skills
• 5+ years experience coordinating between multiple teams to deliver software products
• Technical background, with experience in:
  • Integrating different products or services with external parties
  • Agile processes and software development lifecycles
  • Technical analysis and requirements gathering
  • REST APIs, JSON/XML and cloud technologies
  • Sequence diagrams / UML
  • Cloud monitoring services (e.g. Datadog) and SQL will be advantageous
• Stakeholder management
• Positive and constructive attitude
• Ability to self-manage and take ownership
• Attention to detail
