    Junior Internal Auditor

    Job Specification

    • Reporting to the Senior Internal Auditor, the incumbent will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the organisation’s systems of control and procedures to minimise risk and loss. Key responsibilities will include evaluating internal controls, supporting risk management, loss control, and systems evaluation activities. The role will involve the planning, execution, and documentation of audits, as well as the reporting and resolution of any identified weaknesses or deficiencies. Additionally, the role requires managing audit relationships with line management, including discussions on audit performance, finalisation of reports, and agreement on remedial actions.

    Minimum Requirements

    • National Diploma: Internal Audit
    • Minimum 2 years related experience
    • Applicants must also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to maintain positive human relationships and function independently
    • Exposure to computer-assisted audit software will further enhance the application
    • Exposure in a Retail environment will enhance the application
    • Valid driver’s licence and own transport are essential

    Key performance include:

    • Branch audits
    • Stock counts
    • Preparation of audit reports
    • Identification of risks
    • Proposals to the management on risks mitigation
    • Administrative and ad hoc duties relating to the above

    Credit Administrator

    Job Specification

    • Reporting to the Manager Financial Services Administrations, the incumbent will be responsible to perform the data capturing of all applications that have been assessed by the credit analysts. They would also maintain the application registry and ensure communication documents are published to clients or applicants. They would also perform office administration duties and query resolution.

    Minimum Requirements

    • National Diploma and Membership of Institute for Credit Control
    • 2 years related experience within a finance work environment
    • Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of credit control systems

    Key performance indicators include:

    • Creating debtor accounts
    • Maintain application registry
    • Credit application processing
    • Credit reporting controls
    • Enquiry and query resolution
    • Credit guarantees online processing
    • Ad-hoc tasks or projects

    Key leadership attributes
