    Technical Sales Representative - Industrial Machines

    This is how you WOW:

    • You will lead Kärcher's growth across the industrial channel, developing strategies that place our WOW professional products in front of businesses nationwide.
    • Your mission is to build powerful relationships with industrial clients, identifying potential customers and offering cleaning solutions for all parts of their business.
    • You will be the architect of our industrial success, ensuring our brand presence is strong and sales targets are exceeded through expert consultation and compelling on-site product demonstrations.

    It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

    • Proven experience of 3+ years in field sales.
    • Matric is essential; a Sales Diploma or Degree is advantageous.
    • A strong technical aptitude and the ability to clearly communicate at all levels.
    • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
    • A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to keep the company vehicle in a roadworthy condition.

    Your WOW impact:

    • Achieve your annual sales budget and targets for the Direct Professional channel.
    • Maintain a minimum of 25 face-to-face customer visits and conduct at least 3 product demos per week.
    • Submit a minimum of 10 quotes weekly and ensure all customer information and activities are accurately captured in our CRM system (OneView).
    • Deliver, commission, and provide training for all machines sold to the customer, completing all handover documentation.

    Retail Key Account Manager

    This is how you WOW:

    • Drive Kärcher's retail growth by developing strategies and building powerful relationships with major retail chains like Massmart, Clicks, and Dis-Chem.
    • You'll be the architect of our retail success, strengthening our brand presence and exceeding sales targets through innovative campaigns.

    It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

    • 5+ years of proven key account or channel management experience in the retail/consumer goods sector.
    • Matric is essential; a relevant Degree or Diploma is a plus.
    • Deep understanding of the SA retail landscape (buyer cycles, promotions); experience with major chains is a significant advantage.
    • Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for nationwide travel.

    • Achieve and surpass retail sales and profitability targets.
    • Develop and execute the channel business plan with regular performance reporting.
    • Secure premium in-store visibility and brand presence across all key accounts.
    • Conduct regular training to empower retail teams to demonstrate the Kärcher WOW.
