    Business Analyst

    Business Analyst will be responsible for collecting, planning, driving and the documentation of the business requirements and functional requirements for Krypton’s mining clients. Will be part of various cross functional teams that drives digitalisation for international mining houses. Required to be knowledgeable in both business and systems analysis for digital mining solutions


    Desired Qualifications

    •     B Engineering Degree, BSc Computer Science or BSc. Information Technology
    •     Microsoft and Azure certifications
    •     SQL Database experience

    Experience

    •         2-5 years working experience in application of both business and systems analysis for digital mining solutions
    •         Experience with Mining Systems
    •         Data modelling using Entity Diagram Mapping and UML
    •         IT and ICT solution design and delivery experience
    •         Repository-based modelling tools
    •         Experience in Mining Value Chain
    •         Basic IT skills to support hardware, software and understanding of networks
    •         Systems Analysis skills, Visual Basic 6, VB Scripting, Delphi, C#, WPF, Experience with older IDE’s, HTML5 + Angular

    •     Perform Business Analysis by investigating technical problems and/or opportunities for system enhancement in detail.
    •     Gathering data, defining and analysing the problem/opportunity.

    •     Ensure designs adhere to architectural standards and are practically implementable

    Senior Project Manager

    Senior Project Manager to assists Krypton’s clients to consistently apply best practice project management principles, to break down functional silos, engage stakeholders and ensure our Mining ICT projects are completed within budget, scope and schedule.
    Desired Qualifications

    •         Relevant Tertiary Education (B Eng Degree / BSc Computer Science)
    •         Project Management Qualification (e.g. Prince2 /PMP/ PMBOK) or Agile related training (e.g. SCRUM or equivalent experience)
    •         Foundation ITIL, other ITIL Certification will be advantageous
    •         Business or Management Qualification (advantageous)

    Minimum Requirements and Experience

    •         At least 10 years of proven Project Management experience within the Mining IT and ICT environment
    •         Advanced Programme, project portfolio planning and management

    Cyber Security Specialist

    •     BSc Computer Science or BSc. Information Technology (Relevant)
    •        Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
    •        Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
    •        Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control
    •        Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

    Minimum Requirements and Experience

    •        +5 years cybersecurity implementation experience on Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems.
    •        Strong IT skills and knowledge including hardware, software and networks
    •        Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML5, VB6) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Bootstrap, WPF, Entity Framework)
    •        Must have successfully executed a DLP (data loss prevention) plan.
    •        Must have experience with vulnerability management software tools, SpyBot, Qualys, and Altera.
    •        Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping
    •        Basic SDLC Knowledge and experience (I.e. PMBOK)
    •        Basic Team Foundation Server knowledge and experience

    Key Performance Areas:

    •        Develop, update, and implement security measures and controls.
    •        Secure digital files and information systems, protecting them from unauthorized access or tampering.

    Change Manager

    The Change Management Specialist will play a key role in ensuring mining IT projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies for IM plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change Management Specialist will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
    Desired Qualifications

    •     Relevant Tertiary Degree
    •     A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model is essential
    •     Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™)
    •     Project Management Qualification (e.g. Prince2 /PMP/ PMBOK) or Agile related training (e.g. SCRUM or equivalent experience)
    •     Foundation ITIL, other ITIL Certification will be advantageous

    •     Applying a well-structured change management plan, and methodology for any changes on employees caused by projects.
    •     Developing a change management plan considering the change details and the affected groups.
    •     Conducting readiness assessments, evaluating results and presenting findings in an easy-to-understand and logical manner.
    •     Identifying potential employee-side risks and anticipating the resistance, and developing specific plans to address or mitigate the concerns.
    •     Developing a set of targeted and actionable change management plans, which includes communication plan, coaching plan, sponsor roadmap, resistance management plan and training plan.
    •     Creating and managing measurement systems in order to track utilization, adoption, and proficiency of employee changes.
    •     Supporting the implementation of plans by business leaders and employee-facing managers.
    •     Working with project teams in integrating change actions into the actual overall project plan.
    •     Identifying performance and resistance gaps, and working to develop and execute corrective actions.
