    Finance Assistant

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance/Legal Assistant to support our conveyancing team with financial and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will assist in preparing Statements of Account, loading and processing payments in AJS and invoicing.

    To qualify for this position, you need:

    • Matric certificate.
    • Legal secretary / BCOM accounting qualification or equivalent advantageous.
    • Experience preparing and managing Statements of Account for conveyancing transactions.
    • Familiarity with legal case management and accounting systems (e.g. E4 and AJS or similar accounting software).
    • High level of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.

    Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Prepare and balance Statements of Account in E4 for residential and commercial property transactions.

    Conveyancing Secretary

    • We are looking for dynamic Conveyancing Secretary to join our developments team.
