• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Computer literate (MS Office proficiency beneficial).
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Contacting clients to follow up on information requests.
• Maintaining ongoing client files.
• Outstanding client information reconciliations.
• Attend incoming and outbound phone calls.
• Organize meetings and appointments.
• Provide assistance to the Finance manager.
• Timesheet reports.
• Financial administration.
• General administrative duties.
• Ad-hoc duties as requested from time to time.
