    Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer

    About the Role

    • As a DevOps Cloud Engineer, you will support our global DevOps team by designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and advocate for modern DevOps practices, ensuring high-quality outcomes and robust system performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support and troubleshooting for CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and other tools.
    • Collaborate with teams to onboard them onto pipelines tailored to their technical requirements.
    • Develop reusable libraries and templates to standardize and accelerate pipeline creation.
    • Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues in CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
    • Maintain a structured troubleshooting process, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and solutions are documented for future use.
    • Advocate for and implement modern DevOps practices, including test-driven development, containerization, and GitOps workflows.
    • Manage a support channel and work intake for the DevOps teams and support other areas of Cloud Engineering as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Python for automation and scripting.
    • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related industry certification (Cloud Certifications/DevOps Certifications)
    • Strong AWS cloud skills, including IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation.
    • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Proficiency in GitOps workflows and modern DevOps methodologies.
    • Experience with observability tools such as DataDog and Splunk for effective dashboarding, monitoring, and alerts.
    • Strong troubleshooting capabilities for CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
    • Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills to work effectively across different time zones and for collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.

    Responsibilities

    • The Account Manager for the Government Growth & Retention Team is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with government clients. This role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, driving growth in existing accounts, and retaining customer loyalty by delivering value through our products and services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the legal, information solutions, or government sector.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to understand and articulate complex solutions to clients.
    • -Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
