    Senior Specialist: Revenue Accounting

    Description

    • This role is responsible for supporting the analysis and interpretation of revenue transactions and complex contractual arrangements to ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with IFRS 15 standards. The position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting by ensuring revenue is correctly recorded, reconciled, and reported within the applicable accounting systems (such as SAP, HFM, and Anaplan).
    • The incumbent will contribute to month-end processes, revenue analysis, and financial reporting, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Project Management, and Business Units, to support decision-making through insightful revenue analysis and timely reporting.
    • Additionally, the position requires active management of project-related revenue, including tracking, billing alignment, deferred revenue accounting, and ensuring proper revenue recognition throughout the project lifecycle. The role also supports customer-focused initiatives by responding to business queries, preparing detailed revenue reports, and enhancing overall financial transparency.
    • A strong emphasis is placed on continuous improvement, including process optimisation, automation, compliance with policies, and knowledge sharing within the team.

    Cloud Delivery Engineer

    The could delivery manager will be in charge of:

    • Ensuring a high-resolution efficiency for incidents 
    • Maintain architecture deployment standards 
    • Comply with all Process, Patch Management, Change Process, for any deployed and managed Cloud services 
    • Provide yearly inputs for process reviews
    • Produce reports to measure compliance to SLA and MTTR for customer managed cloud service
    • Conduct customer cloud readiness assessments and reports the outcome

    Security Operations Center Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for day-to-day cyber security operations management and cyber intelligence monitoring and threat analysis. 
    • Manage threat hunting and security monitoring staff and activities. 
    • Coordinates response, triage and escalation of security events affecting the company’s information assets and activities with the Incident Response team. 
    • Oversee and assist with the development of operational runbooks to improve the efficiency of cyber security team’s detection and response capabilities

    • Ensure audit trails, system logs and other monitoring data sources are reviewed periodically and are in compliance with policies and audit requirements 
    • Act as the most senior incident escalation point for the team. This position will ensure steady state operations are optimally configured and running 24/7/365.  
    • Utilize key performance indicators to track analyst workloads as well as the efficiency of detection signatures/rules and associated monitoring technologies.  
    • Identify potential process improvement projects and serve as a change agent through IT.  
    • Support the design and implementation of procedures and controls necessary to ensure and protect the safety and security of all information systems assets, including prevention of intentional or inadvertent access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.  
    • Provide subject matter expertise and counsel to management regarding vendors, technologies, and special projects.  
    • Support the preparation of appropriate reports and communicate status and results. 

    Requirements

    • Minimum of six (6) years of work experience and three (3) years of relevant experience in SIEM engineering in a Security Operations Center [SOC] 
    • 3-5 years management or team lead experience in a Cyber Security Operations environment. 
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills. 
    • Concise writing skills, excellent MS Word skills as well as other MS Office Applications. 
    • Experience with securing various environments preferred. 
    • Experience in working across security technologies. 
    • Managed security services experience across complex architectures. 
    • In depth understanding of the role of SIEM engineering tools and dashboards. 
    • Prior experience to advise, plan, deploy, configure, manage and monitor large scale SIEM solutions.  
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, influence, persuade and be credible internally and externally

    Product Manager: Colocation

    Role Description

    • In conjunction with ADC Direct, and Indirect Channel partners achieve the revenue targets set out by the company for all Products and Services that fall within the assigned Product Portfolio. Manage and account for customer churn, apply corrective action where necessary, by driving a churn mitigation strategy through effective collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, in order to retain existing customers and mitigate price erosion on renewals. Custodian for assigned Products related revenue assurance, through ongoing analysis of discrepancies in process, systems and commercials, followed by implementation of effective correction plan. In conjunction with the relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain Product Margin within prescribed business case commercials, timeously update and maintain product profit and loss (P&L). Conduct Product awareness and training through Direct and Indirect Channel Partners, so as to drive revenue growth in line with the set company strategy and objectives. Compile, interrogate and maintain a monthly up to date budget, sales and revenue report, for executive awareness and decision making. Participate in strategic customer interactions, in order to identify and fulfil deal closure, upselling, co-creation of solutions, to win business and drive revenue growth. Design and build proposed price model, business case and support initiatives to launch new price books for network and peering services.
    • Develops and execute annual product strategy for the network and peering ecosystem. Definition & development of the company’s network and peering products and ecosystem. Define, develop, coordinate & drive all product development, product integration & go-to-market strategy for product set. Responsible and accountable for developing and implementing the specific product and service’s sales & support documentation (Product brief, service schedule, battle card, cheat sheet, business rules, elevator pitch and proposal template), costing and pricing models
    • Responsible and accountable for profitability, gross margin, sales and revenue targets for the product and associated service.Set and drive sales targets for relevant products & associated services,
    • Responsible and accountable for developing all aspects of the product or service from cradle to grave. Responsible and accountable for product definition, market needs analysis, viability and product fit. Responsible and accountable for all new product plans, announcements, launches and withdrawals & manage the process of commercializing all new or enhanced products working through ADC marketing. Drive Partner integration and collaboration for respective products across the organisation.Work with internal and external customers to identify customer needs, POCs, case studies, complex and customer specific solutions to contribute to the improvement of our product offering. Proactively create and provide sustainable customer relations that minimise attrition.
