    Conveyancing Secretary

    My client, a well-established Legal firm, who is based in Pretoria East is currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Secretary.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric.
    • Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
    • Must have 2 years’ experience in property transfers.
    • 2 Years’ experience in a Legal industry.
    • Previous experience in MS Office is essential.

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Typing of documentation as requested.
    • Opening of files for new clients.
    • Responsible for property transfers.
    • Opening of registers.

    System Accountant

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Relevant degree in BCom Accounting or Business.
    • Essential: ERP system experience (Sage300).
    • Beneficial: Previous property industry experience.
    • MS Office knowledge.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage all appropriate financial and non-financial systems.
    • Provide systems support.
    • Responsible for fault finding and resolutions.
    • Configuration of proper systems.
    • Manage and provide support to project teams to implement new and update existing systems.
    • Support the Technical Finance Manager.
    • Ensuring proper internal controls.
    • Design and develop both internal and external management reports.
    • Ensure integrity of supplier payment runs and make investigations as necessary.
    • Maintain accurate records, filing and audit trail of activities undertaken.
    • Communicate with external stakeholders.
    • Provide additional and ad hoc financial support and analysis, as required.
    • Test internal processes and procedures and document once approved.
    • Provide system training for finance and non-financial staff, covering aspects such as core transactional and ancillary processes (e.g. AP/AR, CRM etc.).
    • Operation of core finance control processes on the systems.
    • Suggest solutions to the current systems/interfaces, forms and procedures to streamline and reduce manual intervention.
