    Marketing Intern - Adspace24 - Randburg

    Key responsibilities:

    •  Marketing Strategy Execution: Aid in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision and goals.
    • Promotional Activities: Efficiently manage the distribution of marketing materials to enhance our brand's presence and engagement.
    • Event Coordination: Take charge of organizing and executing both internal and external events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet our objectives.

    • AI: Possess knowledge of AI tools to support marketing functions. Utilize AI-driven strategies to identify opportunities for automation, personalization, and optimization in marketing campaigns.

    Qualifications and experience:

    • Relevant degree with an emphasis on marketing or studying towards a relevant marketing/events qualification
    • 1-2 years experience in marketing in a related industry is advantageous
    • A thorough working knowledge of all applications within the Microsoft Office suite
    • Understanding of media across print and digital media.
    • Well developed implementation and planning abilities.
    • Effective English and Afrikaans communication skills.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Demonstrates a passion for AI

    Senior Executive Producer - Cape Town

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of a robust content strategy focused on mass market storytelling across multiple platforms. 
    • Manage the commissioning process for original mass market content, from pitching to concept development to negotiating deals and overseeing development. 
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with writers, directors, producers, and talent within the black community to identify and develop compelling projects.

    • Strong network of industry contacts within the African community, including writers, directors, producers, and talent.  
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate creative vision into actionable plans and measurable results. 
    • Passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in media representation, with a demonstrated commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices. 
    • Proficiency in industry-standard production tools and software, including scheduling and budgeting software.

    Marketing Assistant - Johannesburg

    Key responsibilities:

    (The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role)

    • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the marketing team.
    • Write, edit, update, and publish content on the company’s corporate website and associated website(s).
    • Participate in the ideation and creation of social media content.
    • Assist with designing retailer website banners.
    • Assist with the planning and coordinating of marketing and publicity events (festivals, exhibitions, workshops).
    • Event and festival attendance when needed.
    • Assist with execution of publicity plans when required.
    • Curate and send out book boxes and review copies to media when required.
    • Collect and collate data required by the Marketing Manager to prepare monthly departmental management
