Marketing Strategy Execution: Aid in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision and goals.
Promotional Activities: Efficiently manage the distribution of marketing materials to enhance our brand's presence and engagement.
Event Coordination: Take charge of organizing and executing both internal and external events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet our objectives.
Campaign Management: Support the launch and monitoring of marketing campaigns for trade media partners
Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the marketing manager to monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates and gathering valuable feedback on marketing efforts.
Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling, note-taking, and file organization, to ensure operational efficiency.
Digital Presence: Contribute to the maintenance and updating of the website
Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing manager to ensure the seamless execution of marketing plans, from conceptualization to completion.
Event Support: Assist with the logistical aspects of event management, including setup and coordination, to create memorable experiences (internal and trade events).
Calendar Management: Oversee the marketing calendar, ensuring tasks and projects are updated, tracked and completed on schedule.
Meeting Organization: Facilitate the organization of meetings, including arranging catering and room setup, to support effective team collaboration.
Digital advertising: Knowledgeable in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads, including the ability to set up and manage campaigns effectively.
AI: Possess knowledge of AI tools to support marketing functions. Utilize AI-driven strategies to identify opportunities for automation, personalization, and optimization in marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and experience:
Relevant degree with an emphasis on marketing or studying towards a relevant marketing/events qualification
1-2 years experience in marketing in a related industry is advantageous
A thorough working knowledge of all applications within the Microsoft Office suite
Understanding of media across print and digital media.
Well developed implementation and planning abilities.
Effective English and Afrikaans communication skills.
