• The following position has become available at Triton Supply Chain Solutions: Network Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core IT Support & Infrastructure 

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to users (hardware, software, and network-related issues)
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, email)
• Perform routine system checks, updates, patching, and basic server administration
• Assist with network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
• Maintain IT asset register and documentation
• Support backups, restores, and basic disaster recovery tasks
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when required

Systems & Applications

• Support standard business applications (Microsoft Office, email, browsers, line-of-business software)
• Assist with monitoring and basic administration of internal systems
• Learn and support Triton’s WMS and WCS platforms under guidance
• Assist with user training and system onboarding related to WMS/WCS
• Support IT-related aspects of warehouse operations (terminals, scanners, label printers)

Security & Compliance

• Follow IT security policies and best practices
• Assist with endpoint security, antivirus, and access control
• Help identify and report security incidents or risks

Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS

Technical (Essential)

• Solid understanding of IT administration fundamentals
• Windows desktop and basic Windows Server knowledge
• Basic networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, peripherals)
• Basic understanding of backups and system monitoring
• Good documentation and troubleshooting skills

Technical (Advantageous)

• Active Directory administration
• Linux basics
• Virtualisation concepts (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)
• Basic scripting (PowerShell or similar)
• Exposure to warehouse or logistics IT environments
• Any experience with WMS, WCS, or ERP systems

Experience & Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in an IT support or IT administrator role
• Relevant IT qualification (Diploma, Degree, or equivalent experience)
• IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.) are advantageous but not mandatory

Minimum Requirements

• Own reliable transport
• Willingness and ability to work shifts
• Shift pattern: Two (2) weeks day shift and Two (2) weeks night shift on a rotational basis
• Able to work in an operational warehouse environment

• The position of Driver 2T/4T has become available at Triton Express in East London.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Distributing and Collecting of client’s cargo
• Assisting with loading and offloading of cargo from the vehicle
• Collecting of daily delivery sheets
• Completing of daily delivery sheets
• Collecting of daily collection sheets
• Completing of daily collection sheets
• Daily pre trip inspection of vehicle
• Vehicle fault reporting – as an when required
• Ensuring care is taken when client’s cargo is being loaded and off loaded from vehicle
• Ensuring that the addresses given for deliveries / collections is correct
• Ensuring that contact is kept with depot at all times
• Ensuring that no deviations from delivery / collection sheets takes place without authorization

Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 minimum (Matric)
• 1-2 years driving experience would be preferable but not a prerequisite
• A valid unendorsed code 10 driver’s license
• Valid PDP
• A good geographical knowledge of the area
• Ability to work under pressure
• A good command of the English language both verbally and written
• Ability to communicate both internally and externally
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to work overtime as and when required due to clients requirements
• Reliable
• A high degree of integrity required
• Presentable and of a professional manner at all times
• Own transport to and from work
