    Trade Marketer (Brackenfell)

    Description
    Your Role:

    • You'll be the right hand to our Trade Marketing Manager—executing dazzling trade initiatives, coordinating with our global dream team, and making sure the right materials land in the right hands at the right time (no pressure). You'll also play the crucial role of peacemaker between the marketing and sales teams—think of yourself as a zen master with a label maker.

    How you’ll make an impact:

    Campaign Commander

    • Help bring international trade campaigns to life with seamless execution (and maybe a little flair).
    • Work closely with Business Development Specialists to keep everything aligned.
    • Coordinate artwork, print orders, and POS materials like a total pro.
    • Package, label, and dispatch marketing materials to their destinations—with style.

    Project Maestro

    • Keep creatives, suppliers, and internal stakeholders moving in perfect harmony.
    • Spot issues early and escalate when needed—no nasty surprises here.

    Supplier Whisperer & Inventory Guru

    • Raise and process Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders like a procurement ninja.
    • Chase invoices, liaise with finance, and ensure everyone gets paid on time (cheers!).
    • Monitor stock of marketing materials like a hawk—because no one wants to run out of branded notebooks.

    Admin Extraordinaire

    • Keep documentation up to date and easy to access (chaos doesn’t stand a chance).
    • Share updates, changes, and results with the wider team.
    • Support the Trade Marketing Manager with admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

    Requirements
    What We’re Looking For: 

    • A qualification in Marketing, Trade Marketing or something similar (NQF Level 6 minimum)
    • A valid driving licence (Code B – time to put that playlist to good use on supplier visits)
    • 1–3 years’ marketing experience (bonus points if it’s trade marketing)
    • Confidence using MS Office like a boss
    • Excellent communication skills – both face-to-face and in emails people actually read
    • The rare gift of charming both creatives and finance folk

    Personal Assistant to the Executive Committee (Brackenfell)

    Description
    What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers in Action) 

    • Master of Schedules – Juggling executive diaries, screening meeting requests, and resolving conflicts before they even happen.
    • Travel Whisperer – Booking local and international flights, securing visas, and making sure every trip runs smoother than a first-class upgrade.
    • Gatekeeper Extraordinaire – Managing calls, emails, and queries on behalf of the executives, making sure only the most important matters reach their desk.
    • Logistics Genius – Ensuring packages, documents, executives’ personal administrative tasks and even executive gifts arrive exactly when and where they should.
    • Meeting Maestro – Following up on action items like a true professional.
    • Document Dynamo – Keeping records organised, accessible, and always up to date.
    • Liaison Legend – Acting as the go-to person between executives, departments, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Tag Team Partner – Collaborate closely with the MD’s Executive Assistant to ensure a seamless flow of information, coordinated schedules, and a unified approach to supporting the executive Together, you’ll be an unstoppable duo, keeping everything running smoothly.

    Requirements
    What we are looking for: 

    • A Diploma in Office Administration (NQF Level 6) – because you know your way around an office like a pro
    • 5+ years of Executive PA experience – you’ve seen it all and handled it with grace
    • A Driver’s License (Code B) – because sometimes the job calls for it
    • Impeccable Planning & Organisation Skills – multitasking is second nature to you
    • Someone who is proficient in MS Office – you’re the Excel, Word, and PowerPoint wizard
    • A Problem-Solving Prowess – no challenge is too big or small for you to handle
    • Someone with Top-Notch Communication Skills – because clarity is key when dealing with high-level executives
    • A master of secrets – You’re like a walking vault, perfectly comfortable handling confidential info and keeping it locked up tighter than your favourite mystery novel plot twist.
