As an Ecosystem Services Business Development Expert, you will：

• Act as the pivot role to bridge customer (both internal & external) and Ads Integrity team to handle their daily queries and questions;
• Collect customer voices, address their issues and concerns and support them to achieve business success via our platform;
• Execute both quantitative and qualitative analyses of data and trends to deliver insights on various of dimensions such as policy, system, process to drive for the optimization to continuously improve customer satisfaction;
• Work closely & hand in hand with other departments to respond immediately to relevant service related needs.

• Computer fluency and understanding of software and advanced internet functions;
• MS Office skills;

Purpose of the position  

• Data Center Consultant will be in charge of Business Development of Data Center Colocation Market. The candidate should be willing and able to work with challenges and grow with our Client together in the field of Data Center facility.
• Data Center Consultant will coincide combination of skills and expertise between marketing and sales advisory and Data Center architect. Should have a strong practices in Data Center infrastructure design and implementation, but also has a sales and marketing experience as well to host and organising activities event in this regard such as summit, seminar, exhibition, and convention congress, etc.

Compulsory Responsibilitie

• Responsible for Southern Africa Region Data Center facility market and sales development, regarding Data Center facilities planning, design, cost budgeting and project scheduling, etc.
• Promote and Present Hour Client's DC solution, as well as Manage client relationship.
• Marketing Advisory and expertise on Data Center. Publish key note and articles to advertise our Client's perspective and idea solution of Data Center constructions on mass media.
• Develop local resource to support DC facility business.
• Project management, including sub-contractor selection & management, supply chain, procurement, process management and acceptance.

Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or IT or any business related qualification will be an advantage
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience involving large scale, complex Data Center projects, minimum 2 large scale (no less than 1 megawatts) Data Center projects design or build experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ practice in Data Center Consulting/Engineering Company.
• In-depth knowledge of the Data Center facilities, including UPS supply system, HVAC system, Low Voltage system, fire suppression & detection system, etc
• Possess a strong awareness of current and emerging industry standards including Uptime Institute, TIA 942 and local standard (SAN) as well as vendors and technologies as they relate to the Data Center facilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS.
• Proven marketing skills, understanding of the marketing process and methods
• Strong consulting skills with excellent commercial awareness and skills
• Advanced interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• With Uptime Accredited Tier Designer/Specialist (ATD/ATS) or Construction Manager Certification is preferred
• Must be presentable, articulate, reliable, committed and resilient
