    Manufacturing Excellence Analyst

    A day in the life of a Market Manufacturing Excellence Analyst:

    Strategic plan development and management in the Factory:

    • Helps the Factory Manufacturing Excellence Business Partner to support the factory to achieve their business goals by applying NCE Methodologies.
    • Helps to translate the Market priorities and function priorities into the Factory/area OMP.
    • Ensures the right cascading of priorities and measures from the Market to the Factory/area.
    • Defines and embeds NCE projects and initiatives into the Factory/area objectives and align Local Leadership Teams towards the plan             

    Establish adequate competencies for the Factory

    • Stewards, trains, supports and coaches the Factory Leadership Team and Local Leadership Teams in the NCE in Manufacturing competencies (e.g.GA, FI, LVS, AM) and applicable manufacturing standards.

    Improvement in Manufacturing Excellence results

    • Promotes and supports cross-fertilization of Manufacturing best practices, knowledge, standards and improvements across the factories.
    • Ensures an overall understanding of the different NCE methodologies (pillars) within the Factory Leadership Team, functions and how they integrate through the NCE implementation plan avoiding silo working.
    • Conducts specific projects to support results improvement around priorities established by the Factory.
    • Provides hands-on support to the Local Leadership Teams and Local Operating Teams to accelerate improvement of results (coach by doing with factory).
    • Drives pragmatic application of methodologies and tools focusing on delivering results by applying NCE simplification principles.
    • Ensures effectiveness of NCE implementation (business results).
    • Helps the Factory Manufacturing Excellence Business Partner to drive NCE in manufacturing.                                                                                                                         

    What will make you successful?

    • Degree in Engineering
    • Factory experience (2 years +).
    • Strong Practical experience in leading and coaching Continuous Improvement programs (2 years+), preferably experienced in several pillars
    • Experience of program management
    • Experience of working with management
    • Leading and coaching problem-solving activities (basic, intermediate and complex problem-solving methodologies including: Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification and SMED projects
    • Experience in leading complex change or transformation programs

    Technical Storekeeper

    A day in the life of a Technical Store Man:

    • Responsible for working in a manner which adheres to hygienic standards and safety regulations. 
    • Raises manual request for ERSA and UNBW if necessary, upon request. 
    • Receives goods from suppliers into the store by checking the quantity and quality in the presence of the supplier and carries out proper records management and control. 
    • Withdraws items by requisitions duly raised and released in the system (SAP-AMM) for ERSA or duly signed by sectional/departmental heads for UNBW,  and carries out proper records management and control. 
    • Issues loan tools . 
    • Keeps cutting tools such as drills, taps etc. in good condition. Request sharpening from workshop if necessary. 
    • Checks loan book once a week. No material should be loaned for more than a week. 
    • Check whether requisition vouchers for spares and consumables are done correctly with artisans. 
    • Ensures that all old damaged personal effects are properly disposed of. 
    • Ensures regular system check up such that physical stock situation corresponds with that of operating system (SAP) and informs the Supervisor of any discrepancies for corrective action to be taken. 
    • Responsible for daily inventory count and results recording in the operating system (SAP-AMM) as per the inventory cycle counting plan and responsible and accountable for any discrepancy. 
    • The storekeeper responsible for data entry assists and coordinates with the M&I Supervisor to maintain the master data for the M&I Stores. 
    • Fully responsible for the security of all items placed in the M&I Store and ensures their orderly arrangement. 
    • When a job is finished at any place, the place must be left clean and tidy thus keeping the stores and its environs under good hygienic conditions in accordance with SHE, NQMS and FSMS. 
    • Proactive in promoting Safety. 
    • Supports implementation of NQMS and NCE. 
    • Implements 5S in his area and promotes in the plant. 
    • SHE: Working safely and supporting the overall Safety, Health and Environment Management standards that apply to your work area   

    What will make you successful?

    • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Certificate 
    • 2 years in similar position
    • Store Management and Inventory Control certificate / diploma 
    • Must have worked in a similar position for at least one year 
    • Planning and organization  
    • Professional and technical knowledge  
    • Ability to work with a team  
    • Knowledge and identification of parts and equipment  
    • Rigor and firm less.

    A day in the life of a Nespresso Boutique Manager

    • Manage manpower planning to ensure optimal operational execution and service delivery.
    • Drive bottom-up sales forecast and accuracy based on weekly and monthly reporting and analysis.
    • Responsible for optimal use of resources and cost control in relation to Boutique sales.
    • Coach and develop the Boutique team to deliver best in class customer service and sales performance.
    • Ensure compliance in safety, health and operational standards (according to global guideline) in the Boutique.

    • Preferable with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in direct customer sales
    • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in Retail Management
    • Experience in team management and developing talent.
    • Experience in direct customer sales of premium products and services.
    • Proven track record of developing sales and strong customer relationships.
    • Must have a strong work ethic, integrity and total honesty (transparency and trust)
    • Service-oriented
    • Have passion to constantly update oneself with our Sales Guidance
    • Curiosity and ability to generate creative ideas
    • Able to communicate complex messages in a simple way
    • Energized by tough challenges and is a team player
