Job & Company Description:

• My client is a well-established Corporate Finance Advisory firm and they are looking for an experienced Senior Transactor to join their team of 7 people. This boutique firm has an entrepreneurial culture and have a love for engaging with team members and sharing ideas with each other. You will be responsible for the origination and execution of the full transaction process which will involve advanced financial modelling and valuations in the form of transactions. Education:

• ·        BCom Finance/Economics/Investments
• ·        CFA qualification will be advantageous
• ·        CA(SA) in Corporate Finance would also be advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

•         At least 5 years’ experience in Corporate Finance (Ideally deal origination)
•         Deep understanding of M&A and Deals
•         Advanced Excel skills
