    Sales Advisor

    Role Description

    • To reach individual and campus database collection, appointment, application, and registration targets under the supervision of the Vice Principal: Student Affairs
    • Responsible for initiating and managing relationships with prospective students from target schools through every stage of the recruitment process (leads, appointments, applications, and registrations) and report on individual sales activities per set targets.
    • This is a full-time on-site role.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Secure and complete high energy presentations at targeted schools as per school distribution list. Distribute marketing material such as the campus brochures and hand out interest cards to students.
    • Represent the brand at career expos in a professional and engaging manner.
    • Meet calling and WhatsApp targets to school leads on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
    • Conduct high energy interviews with prospective students to meet individual interview, application and registration targets.
    • Possess detailed knowledge of all NGI’s programmes, module composition, and pricing structures and can market and sell to students and parents in an interview.
    • Detailed knowledge of all bursaries offered by NGI and to know how to convey and explain the benefits of the bursary options to students and parents.
    • Attend weekly campus sales meetings to discuss challenges as well as report on sales activities against set targets and agree and implement solutions to any challenges discussed.
    • To support and encourage sign-ups from prospective students to the Newbridge Sports Institute through an active and convincing sale of the service.
    • Update the campus CRM/Dashboard Information system to manage leads and sales processes.
    • Achievement of campus sales targets (database collection, calling, WhatsApp, bookings, interviews, follow ups, applications & registrations) as set by the Vice Principal : Student Affairs and Sales Manager
    • Ensure all sales activities take place in line with tasks that have been set in the campus sales and marketing plan.
    • Attend training and coaching with regards to product knowledge and sales techniques on an ongoing basis.
    • To ensure all documentation is completed and collected accurately under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Consultant.

    Required Competencies:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
    • Target driven, friendly and methodical individual who works accurately and can handle pressure.
    • Time management skills.
    • Completed Tertiary Qualification or 4 years industry related sales experience with a proven track record of success

    Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1 - 3 years sales experience.
    • Tertiary Student Recruitment experience advantageous.
    • Driver's license and own vehicle essential

    Sport and Social Coordinator

    Overview

    • The primary objective of this role is to promote campus community, vibrant social activities and sports at the campus level to encourage a balanced lifestyle amongst the student body.
    • This position requires an energetic extroverted personality and uniquely blends hands-on event execution, proactive student relationship-building, and creative visual storytelling to maximize both physical participation and digital engagement across all campus platforms. 

     Key Responsibilities

    • Photograph and film key campus milestones, including Open Days, scheduled student excursions, and daily campus life activities for both our Salt River and Tygervalley campuses.
    • Create and design all necessary digital and physical promotional materials, event posters, invitations, and stationery.
    • Script, film, and edit engaging "How-to" videos to help students navigate campus systems.
    • Partner directly with national marketing teams and external creative agencies to supply requested video assets and local footage.
    • Update physical campus posters on the walls, create fresh visual displays, and physically maintain noticeboards to ensure the campus remains professional and completely clutter-free.
    • Coordinate a busy campus calendar featuring both large-scale events (like Orientation Week) and smaller recurring activations (like Student Fun Fridays).
    • Coordinate closely with the Student Representative Committee (SRC), help market their initiatives, and co-organize student-led events.
    • Handle all preparation logistics, including buying necessary supplies, managing RSVPs, setting up venues, and coordinating on-site first aid and security rosters.
    • Physically assemble event spaces, which includes heavy lifting of tables, chairs, banners, and sound equipment.
    • Plan, promote, and run community outreaches, charity donation drives, and volunteer initiatives.
    • Monitor equipment conditions, manage inventory logs, report broken gear, and establish and enforce safety rules for gym users.
    • Interact with students daily on campus to foster positive, trusting, and supportive peer-to-peer relationships.
    • Manage official student communication groups and chats, ensuring announcements are broadcast multiple times and remain exceptionally clear, clean, and detailed.
    • Resolve ongoing student queries and conduct student surveys to gather actionable feedback on campus life.
    • Organize resume and CV creation workshops, offering constructive, practical feedback to help students prepare for the workforce.
    • Create networking opportunities between students and potential employers to assist with work placements.
    • Maintain flexibility to work selected weekends to assist with campus events like Registration Days and Open Days.

    Learning Centre Sales and Enrolment Support Officer

    Overview

    • The Learning Centre Sales and Enrolment Support Officer is responsible for supporting student recruitment and enrolment activities for IT vendor programmes, NTI short courses, and distance learning programmes.
    • The role focuses on responding to enquiries, following up on leads, assisting prospective students through the application process, and providing administrative support to achieve enrolment targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    Student Recruitment and Enrolment

    • Respond to student enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
    • Follow up on prospective students and assist with applications and registrations.
    • Support the achievement of enrolment and lead generation targets.
    • Provide information on programmes, admission requirements, and fees.

    CRM and Administration

    • Capture and update student information on the CRM system.
    • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and registrations.
    • Prepare basic sales and enrolment reports.
    • Assist with administrative tasks related to student recruitment.

    Marketing Support

    • Assist with marketing campaigns, open days, information sessions, and promotional activities.

    • Represent the learning centre professionally when interacting with prospective students and stakeholders.

    Student Support

    • Assist new students with onboarding and registration processes.
    • Direct students to the appropriate support services where required.
    • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enrolment journey.
