ROLE REQUIREMENT

• Facilitate information gathering sessions.
• Perform requirements gathering and analysis using:
• analytical techniques, interview techniques, data gathering techniques, current system documentation, business modelling methods, business process, rules and logic and data gathering.
• Use information gathered to convert into solutions to solve complex issues, development of implementation plans, development of requirements specifications.
• To perform gap analysis and create Business requirement documentation based on the results of the analysis.
• Create business presentations.
• Design new processes by analysing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
• Communicate effectively in both verbal and written (requirements and design specifications) form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications.
• Accurately determine, assign, track and manage project tasks, activity, documentation, time information per project standards.
• Accurately assess the risks associated with each solution element.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Create user requirements, and articulate user stories.
• Define software configuration specifications.
• Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications.
• Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures.
• Create support and process documents.
• Any other duties as assigned

• Experience with requirements management, use case and modelling tools.

• Communicate plan, progress, and issues in a timely manner
• Ensures tasks are prioritised appropriately and completed timeously.

• Uses past experience and initiative to implement improvement strategies to service tower. 
• Assists in developing checklists to monitor health and remediate issues experienced by systems and tools used by team. 
• Assists in developing standard operating procedures for the operational tasks of the team.  

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a complex services environment
• Must be an effective communicator
• Knows how to ‘get things done’ with professionalism
• Has knowledge of complex IT Service Management environments understand and analyse the data produced by the different systems.
• ITIL Foundation Certificate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

ROLE REQUIREMENT

The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for all or part of these areas:

• Install and maintain network LAN/Wireless solutions
• Troubleshoot network issues, ensure network security, create and configure network solutions
• Ensure that customer requirements are understood and implement accordingly
• Deploy best practices, standards, and processes to deliver network ICT solutions
• Technical implementation of network proposals
• Apply security updates
• Assess Network performance
• Provide technical input to RFP/RFI/RFB tender requirements
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line network support

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Conduct technical LAN / wireless consultations to customers
• Facilitate demand creation customer workshops
• Provide Technical Consultation to Account Managers and Project Managers
• Facilitate customer technical LAN / wireless workshops
• Research leading LAN / wireless technology solution and services
• Provide internal technical product training / updates to peers and Sales team
• Keeping LAN / wireless certification up to date
• Knowledge of LAN / wireless standards
• Knowledge of Cisco / Meraki / Ruckus LAN / wireless products essential
• Ability to work in high stakes environments with multiple senior stakeholders and with a cross industry focus

 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Matric Certificate essential
• Cisco LAN/Wireless Certified (CCNP) or equivalent
• 5 -7 years relevant experience essential within telecommunication industry
• 5- 7 years in the IT industry and/or a system/network admin role.
• 5- 7 years working experience with LAN / wireless products / solutions
• 5 - 7 years working experience in related LAN / wireless technologies
