• Laduma Bet is a small startup in the online betting business, and they are currently recruiting for Online Betting Clerks / Call Centre Staff to join their operations team, reporting to the Senior Manager. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—assisting them with placing bets, handling account queries, and ensuring a seamless betting experience. If you have a good head for numbers, a love of sports, and a passion for great service, this is the role for you.

Key Duties and Responsibilities    

• Handle customer interactions via phone, live chat, and email
• Assist customers with placing bets, understanding odds, and using the platform
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and efficient customer experience
• Customer account management and transaction processing
• Assist customers with daily account queries
• Work shifts including evenings, weekends & public holidays

Educational Requirements    

• Matric Level (Grade 12) tertiary education is a advantage

Experience Requirements    

• Customer service experience is advantageous

As a Junior Digital Marketer, reporting to the Senior Manager, you’ll play a key supporting role in building and executing our digital marketing strategy from the ground up. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who’s passionate about social media, digital content, and customer engagement — especially in the world of sports and betting.
• You’ll be responsible for assisting in the creation and management of content across platforms, supporting paid media campaigns, and helping analyse performance to drive user acquisition and retention. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, work on real campaigns, and be part of shaping a brand at launch stage.

Key Duties and Responsibilities    

• Assisting in planning, creating, and posting social media content (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.)
• Social Media management
• Supporting paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and helping optimise for performance
• Assisting with email marketing, promotions, and push notifications
• Updating and maintaining content on the website and mobile platform
• Tracking campaign performance using analytics tools and reporting results
• Monitoring competitor activity and market trends
• Content creation & Design: basic graphics, copywriting, memes, reels, etc.
• Creating promotional campaigns which are industry specific and competitive.

Educational Requirements    

• Matric Level (Grade 12) tertiary qualification in marketing/media studies would be advantageous.

Experience Requirements    

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing OR strong academic/training background in marketing/media
