    Executive Assistant to CEO (70326)

    Job Description

    • A leading organisation within the logistics and supply chain sector, based in Midrand Gauteng, is seeking an experienced, highly organised and commercially astute Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level executive support within a complex and fast-paced business environment.
    • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who is looking to move beyond traditional administrative support and become a key partner to a senior executive.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

    • Managing and prioritising the CEO's diary, commitments and competing demands.
    • Coordinating and preparing for Executive, Board, shareholder, customer and strategic meetings.
    • Preparing meeting packs, presentations, briefing information and action registers.
    • Ensuring key decisions, actions and commitments are followed through to completion.
    • Coordinating domestic and international executive travel and associated logistics.
    • Managing correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
    • Providing support on strategic, confidential and business-critical projects.
    • Coordinating executive events, conferences, customer engagements and leadership sessions.
    • Handling highly confidential and commercially sensitive information with absolute discretion.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12 (Matric) essential
    • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent executive support experience.
    • 8-10 years' experience supporting C-suite executives
    • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting a CEO, MD, Executive Director or similar senior executive.
    • Experience within a complex corporate environment.
    • Exposure to Board, Exco and/or shareholder-level engagements.
    • Strong experience managing domestic and international travel.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Strong organisational, coordination and project management abilities.
    • Experience within logistics, FMCG, supply chain or another complex operational environment would be advantageous.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

    • We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised, commercially aware and confident working at senior executive level.
    • The successful candidate will have the maturity and judgement to anticipate requirements, manage sensitive information, challenge priorities when necessary and ensure that important matters do not fall through the cracks.
    • This is not a traditional PA role. It is a senior executive support position requiring someone who can operate independently, engage confidently with senior stakeholders and make a meaningful contribution to the effectiveness of the CEO's office.

    Clinical Case Manager - Durban (67814)

    Job Description

    • A well-established medical practice situated in Berea near St Augustine's Hospital in Durban, is currently looking for an experienced Clinical Case Manager to join their friendly and professional team.

    Introduction

    • The Case Manager utilising clinical knowledge and expertise, mitigates financial risk through comprehensive and accurate coding of hospital events, communication with funders on justification for hospitalisation level of care and length of stay.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for application of clinical knowledge in justifying patient hospitalisation in terms of treatment, length of stay and level of care.
    • Monitor and action risk related to medical aid benefits and hospitalisation.
    • Ensure accurate, specific, and comprehensive clinical coding
    • Timeous, effective communication and follow up with medical aids.
    • Review authorisation aspects approved, mitigating financial risk and final releasing the case for billing.
    • Liaise with a network of internal and external stakeholders regarding patient treatment.
    • Adhere to the NHN Managed Health Care rules of engagement.
    • Compliance with all industry relevant legislative acts, regulations, and circulars

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

    • Case Management qualification AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
    • Case Management experience
    • ICD-10 / CPT Coding Qualification And/or Experience
    • Clinic Manager Software experience advantageous
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
