Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Application Manager to lead and manage the delivery and support of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to drive transformation and ensure best-in-class service delivery within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Matric
• Bachelors degree or Diploma, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or related
• ITIL Certification or similar

Experience

• At least 8 years in SAP Service delivery and/or SAP HCM Team Lead or Manager
• At least 5 years in technical support of SAP HCM and/or Success Factors
• Involvement in 2-3 full SAP HCM or SuccessFactors lifecycle projects

Knowledge and Skills

• Advanced knowledge of SAP service delivery principles
• Advanced knowledge of planning deliverables i.e. timelines and resources
• SAP Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration and Organisational management
• Success Factors Onboarding, Recruiting and Employee Central
• SAP Self Service applications will be advantageous
• Success Factors Talent modules will be advantageous
• Advanced knowledge of system change management processes preferably using JIRA or similar
• Waterfall methodology
• Agile methodologies will be advantageous
• SAP ABAP will be advantageous
• Interpret and interrogate written requirements specification documents
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Ability to negotiate with various stakeholders

• Problem-Solve: Your role will involve dissecting complex problems and opportunities to recommend solutions that help the organization achieve its strategic goals.
• Communicate and Translate: You will facilitate clear communication between various organizational units, acting as a key translator between business teams and IT professionals.
• Lead and Innovate: Drawing from your extensive practical experience, you will take the lead on high-risk projects, applying your skills to a variety of complex situations.

Requirements include:

• Min 6 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Financial services experience
• Relevant BA Certification (FIT or CBAP)
• You are a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in business analysis. You have a deep understanding of the intricacies of large organizations and an ability to navigate complex challenges with ease.
